Will use again.

Was a bit apprehensive with the negative comments. Decided to give it a try and they offered the cheapest price compare to others. Booked a long haul flight to asia and received the confirmation a few hours later with no increase in price at all. Checked with the airline and my booking is there. Will use again.

Fantastic Customer Service From Carmen.

After seeing quite a few bad reviews about this website on line, I panicked that there may not be the possibility to change my flight date if I had to.

Carmen, reassured me that I was able to go through with this and easy ways how to deal with it include the exact airline price. She was very friendly and understanding and made sure I was completely satisfied with responses. Thank you for putting a young girl at ease.

Calling > online, Website prices are all unavailable

Loved that they ask for call back number in case phone drops
Didn't like that I couldn't search and see same prices and website is not correct
Didn't like long hold time at 4am just to send me an email with info to check

Aldo Atwood!!

I called with a difficult situation, and he took it right out of my hands, did all the work, and had me sorted in less than 10 minutes. If he is an example of ALL employees, I will never use anyone else again! (and I've acquired millions of miles over my career as a missionary nurse). In fact, if I served on your board of directors, I'd change his position within your company and have him TEACH his customer service methods to everyone in that position! I truly hope you will utilise his skills to benefit you BOTH during his tenure with your company!!!

Will never book with Faregeek, Ever!!!!

Gee, where do I start ?
- poor customer service
- lack of professionalism in agents
- constant call backs for unsolved issues
- promises were made but not kept
- Overcharged and refunded 6 days later ( I'm a student so missing 300$ when your about to go on vacation during spring break is a disaster)
- booked a flight to Sweden at first , called back to change destination and was charged 100$ penalty , plus had to pay the difference of 337$. This is where they charged my card twice 😱😱😱
Next time , No matter how much my ticket will cost , I will not be cheap and I'll book directly with the airline.

We Learn from our Lessons 😂😂😂

Worst site ever!

Luckily my transaction didn't go through. I was later asked to send all of my personal information, copies of the back and front of my id, passport and credit card along with a hand filled form accepting future charges according to "new rates" which may or not may not be higher than the original price I was quoted.

I sensed something was not right and started reading all these horrible reviews. It seems Faregeek sells you tickets without sending you the airline reservation. Apparently, they are based in India, and once you've made payment, you can't contact them through phone or email. No tickets, no refund, nothing.

I later wrote them an email to cancel the transaction, as I wouldn't be sending the information they asked. I finally got a confirmation saying my order had been cancelled.

You should buy from a safe website, even though it may be a little more expensive. Better be safe than sorry.

Easy to deal with

Every time I needed to contact someone for a query, I was answered within seconds and got more than an adequate response. Consultants really helpful and sent information whilst dealing with my enquiries and made me feel reassured.

Outstanding service

I booked my flight through Faregeek for the first time today. My agent, Aldo, was first class!! His response to email enquiries was very prompt and even when I needed to change the return date of my flight, it was done immediately. I would use Faregeek again given my experience this time with them.

Due to verification fail from ticketing office we had offered you different mode of payment for a resolution.

We certainly understand that switching mode of payments is troublesome but our process does follow the Payment Verification policy due to Protection act and Safe Secure Policy

Excellent and Patient service

Hi,

I had an issue with a confirmation and I was talking to Symon. He was SO helpful, kind, and patient even when I might have been frustrated. He kept me informed as to about how long I was going to be on hold throughout the call. He confirmed my problem and found a way to fix it. I was very impressed with his service.
