Absolutely awful service they screwed up jersey with 2 different numbers on it and took 3 calls to get ahold of anyone then they blamed me for their mistake, this was a Christmas gift for my 10 year old niece Thank you so much for ruining a special gift for her . I would never use this company again and would highly recommend anyone else to use a more reputable company that fixes and stands by their mistakes, if it allowed me to give negative stars I would, your company should be ashamed of yourselves. Jeff this company is a scam and do not respond to you until you say you will post a negative review. I did not screw up the order they did and blamed it on me. Absolutely awful! This is nothing but a Chinese scam company. It says 7-8 day shipping in the advertisement, but it took them 7-8 days just to process my order. I ordered the week before Thanksgiving. It is currently the week before Christmas, still nothing. The tracking app has been frozen in Hoboken, NJ for over a week.

One of the most frustrating experiences I have had ever!
Slow responses and bad designs and they leave you waiting for days even weeks just to get changes done to your design!
Horrible - save your time and find another source! If I find one I will post where to go!

Horrible lies- they dropped the ball in every way.. made revisions that I did not ask for constantly sending me mock ups that were not even our asked design..
anytime I tried to resolve they would never answer the phone. Thier phone number is a Google voice that goes straight to voicemail. I can’t even image the bad service that would happen if you got an order completely wrong.

We have 25 teams in our origination and they dropped the ball big time!

Unbelievable jerseys!!
We have a flag football team here in Connecticut I'm coaching of middle school kids, so after doing some research online, I found this company. I could not be happier with the results!! The jerseys arrived so quickly for the entire team, they're stitched (not screen printed) and look so sick. The guys can't believe how good they came out and professional. It's better than the typical flag jerseys we get from the league itself. Love them and will definitely be ordering more from here again.

Describing the delivery as taking “MONTHS” adds drama but does not align with the verified timeline of what actually occurred. Your order was placed on October 27th, shipped on November 3rd, and delivered by air on November 7th. The entire process took just 11 days from purchase to delivery and bears no resemblance to the “MONTHS” stated in your comment.
Accusing thousands of genuine customers of being “paid” or “bots” is equally unfounded and dismissive of the many real people who openly share their experiences. Trustpilot exists to support honest and fact-based reviews, not baseless claims aimed at provoking controversy.

I was not satisfied with my order and…
I was not satisfied with my order and somewhat embarrassed as the items were a gift. I ordered the authentic black and white baseball jersey. The shirts that came were not the same shirts in the pictures on their website. The shirts were not true to size. The mens XXL fits like a womans XL and the wonens XL fits like a womens medium. The womens shirt was not cut in as shown in the picture. It had the same box shape as the mens style. The base shirts were $26 plus $31 for the so called embroidery so about $60 per shirt. The shirt quality is thin and it is not authentic jersey material. The ‘embroidery’ is really a sticker material with a thin line of stitching around the edge. The buttons were spaced weird above and below the team name which created an odd gap. The stitching on the team name and around the numbers is jagged. Overall felt like I was ripped off!
