I have been using this company to produce jerseys for the past year. In the past month the communication has been HORRIBLE. 2 jerseys have been messed up with no movement on replacing them. Its been weeks. The event I needed them for has passed, my friends are PISSED. I have several designs I need to put into production but because it takes DAYS for the smallest response im stuck looking for another vendor. I wake up every morning at 3am to try to communicate. Its killing me. My stress is thru the roof and all I get are excuses and "we will send something shortly" do better. Cathy is the person "helping me" please connect me with someone better.
Edit: I made this post on march 18th. Within hours I was contacted by the company. And all issues were resolved. I love my jerseys!!! The help i received after this post was made is like night and day. Not having a good experience? Advocate for yourself and get a new representative! Thank you!

My experience was not so good
Did not recieve my package and I put in a claim with ups as well as let them know. It’s taking them forever to send me a response on if I’m able to receive a refund. I’m very disappointed in service and still to this very moment haven’t recieved an answer to my issue. Will never purchase from them again. That’s just my experience, they may be a good company but my experience wasn’t great at all.
