Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time. We were trying to place a small order of jerseys with each one customized. I made 5 phone calls over 4 days, and couldn't even get a call back from their "customer service" team. There are plenty of responsive printers out there.

I order shirts for my co-ed softball team. They arrived in time and looked pretty good. The only negative is that the number on the left front side of the shirt was slightly off placement from what the photo shows.

I haven’t received my order yet but I wanted to commend the customer service. Phoebe L. did two mock ups for me which helped our team decide which jersey we were going to be ordering. She answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and even offered to help me in placing my order. She made it easy for me to place the order and make a payment. Great experience!!
Helen helped me design and make multiple changes on a custom jersey idea and I could not be more satisfied with how it turned out. I gave her a screenshot of a Twitter post I thought was funny (the Tungsten Arm O’Doyle / Mike Trout / Shohei Ohtani one) with guidelines of how it should look and it turned out even better than I expected. 100% would recommend if you want a custom jersey!!

Good workmanship/ misleading delivery time
Good workmanship on custom jersey for 5 year old. After ordering, and being made aware of what "shipping" definition is, I complained that the wording was misleading. I learned that "shipping" only defines time after production. I did not get the item in time for a birthday even after paying for expedited delivery. Good product but delivery expectations are not clearly defined.

Wanted more money
I ordered items and have been waiting days for a delivery notice. I received an email saying I need to pay more to receive my item because their system didn’t include a fee at checkout. The fee was only $1 if a company can’t cover a $1 mistake, it’s not a company you should do business with. This isn’t the customer’s fault, and customers shouldn’t be forced to pay extra because of a basic system error.

You mentioned a $1 fee in your review, but that does not reflect what was communicated to you. You were offered several fair options, including a full refund with no extra payment required. You chose not to proceed, and we have issued a full refund for your order. No additional charge was ever applied to you.

Very low quality item!
Very low quality item. The item was advertised as embroidered but it was fabric cut outs stitched onto the shirt. There were lots of loose strings and gaps in the stitching. The logo is just printed onto fabric and sewn on. The fabric also bunched up around the areas that are sewn.
