Ordered our kindling cracker on Weds and it arrived Thursday. Brilliant service. It’s a hefty piece of kit which will make life much easier now we’re getting on a bit lol.

Delivery and packaging experience not great but they did do their best to make things right and in the end did sort things and did not shy away from sorting out a problem. Product looks good.

Top notch company. After a hiccup with the delivery company where my parcel got lost, I emailed Fandango to enquire of its whereabouts. Paul sent a new kindling cracker straight away arriving promptly the following day. Quality of the item is excellent too. 100% recommend this company.

Despite DPD dropping the ball slightly on my delivery, it's abundantly clear from my buying experience that Fandango are a great company to deal with. Sadly, service levels with most retailers remain depressingly poor post-Covid so particular thanks to Paul for taking the time to respond to my email today. p.s. what a great product as well. The kindling cracker king works very well.
I guess it could be improved with a set of tools to attach it to a wooden slab.

Expensive but a good tool- bolt holes rather than half holes would be better for fixing to a block - a good, heavy and solid piece of kit, worth waiting for.

Bought the smaller kindling block as that was all that was available at the time but as it turns out the size is perfect for us. Bought for my husbands birthday , he was thrilled with it. He is going to mount it onto the stone porch outside. Very easy to use and attractive to look at too. A conversation piece. Very happy with this product.
