Deeply Disappointed Service. Stay Away.
I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Fancy Hands. As a customer of over 15 months, I have been saving credits for later use, only to be met with a degraded service that is totally outrageous.
I have had several negative experiences with their services. Normal tickets took over 24 hours to be processed, and despite being simple PA tasks, they were unable to process them in a timely manner. I had to follow up multiple times, only to be told that they cannot process my requests.
Furthermore, there was an incident where they repeatedly asked me to add requests because they ran out of time waiting on the line. After waiting for an extended period, I eventually gave up and called their hotline, where I was able to get to a person within 3 minutes.
To make matters worse, I also experienced their "live request" feature not being live at all. I sent a request and waited for hours without receiving any response.
After these unpleasant experiences, I asked for a refund on the requests I had saved. However, their team straight out rejected my request, saying that their "no refunds on used credits" policy has no exception. I find this policy to be unfair and unreasonable, given the degraded service they provided me.
Overall, I cannot recommend Fancy Hands to anyone looking for reliable and efficient PA services. Their recent degradation in services has caused significant inconvenience for me, and their unwillingness to provide a refund for their unsatisfactory service only adds to the disappointment. I urge potential customers to reconsider their choice and consider other options.
