Their customer service team is 10/10! They respond so quickly and are very helpful and attentive. I had to send my ring back for resizing as it was a bit big (my own fault), and they were very proactive in helping me sort it out. The ring I received is so beautiful, I’m in love. I will definitely purchase here again and highly recommend them!

The price was also very competitive compared to others, especially considering how ridiculously overpriced lab-grown diamonds and moissanite can be elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this jeweller xx

I received the most perfect engagement ring. The quality and size was perfect. We were sent CAD drawings and a video of the ring prior to shipping to confirm we were happy with it. This small business is the best!
This small business is the most pleasant and accommodating jewellery maker I have ever interacted with. Despite being online, the communication and detail to attention was outstanding. From the initial choice of ring to the setting, stone and size, the process was seamless and the information they provided was outstanding. It made selection of my dream ring easy. The updates and the time frames were well ahead of schedule. I received my items beautifully packaged with instructions of care. The first day I wore my ring, I had 4 people comment on the beauty sparkle and craftsmanship. The after care service has also been outstanding with help about sizing. I can’t speak highly enough of this company and their products. The stones are stunning and colourless with fire and sparkle. I have no hesitation recommending them and strongly ask everyone out there to give them a chance; trust me, you will not be disappointed.
