My ring 'set' arrived today and it exceeds expectations. So beautiful. Thankyou

This company has poor communication (needing to be chased up multiple times).
When they have responded their completion dates have been pushed back days, followed by weeks, followed by multiple weeks. This has happened without communication each time and when each expected date has passed it has sometimes taken multiple email to get a response.

My partner purchased an engagement ring from Taylor Kom for me, and within two weeks the gold plating had worn off, leaving the ring mostly silver and completely unwearable. We provided clear photo evidence and detailed explanations, and while the company eventually offered an upgrade to solid gold if we returned the ring, they then stopped responding.
Despite multiple emails over months asking how to proceed and where to send the ring, we received no replies, leaving us with no choice but to escalate the matter through Consumer Affairs Victoria.
If you expect quality that lasts and reliable, professional customer service, I cannot recommend this company.

My order came after a few weeks which was fine, however it was too big. Response to send back for an exchange was great until they received my ring, nearly 4 months later still no ring no refund and no response to any emails, calls or messages

Fiancé did good picking this oval solitaire. I just stare at the fire in the stone all day. Obsessed.

The ring design is actually way better in person. I did get stressed bc the shipping notification was lagging a few days... made me nervous. totally worth the wait tho, it's a stunner.

This emerald cut three-stone ring is pure class. It sits a little higher up on the finger than I figured it would, so it took a sec to adjust to that. But it's timeless.

My partner ordered me a plated engagement ring from here until we get one made together. When the ring arrived there was no plating on the back side, completely silver, we sent it back and they said they would double plate it for us. It took over 2 months to receive it back and many many emails chasing it up as it had been ‘forgotten’. The ring looked good on its return however plating had completely rubbed off within a week, this was with me not sleeping in it, taking it off before washing hands , sanitiser etc. and yet completely rubbed the gold off, I’ve had Shein rings that lasted longer.

Taylor Kom were completely uncooperative with their only solution was to plate it again. I emailed and called countless times and everyone was incredibly unhelpful. The service person on the phone stopped speaking English I guess to get me to drop the case.

We thankfully paid through PayPal and they got us a full refund. The moissanite stone was beautiful as is the ring but the quality for the price is not there and their customer service is so terrible. If you choose to purchase through this company use PayPal !!

Jewellery is lovely and sparkly.
Communication was ok and relatively timely.
Delivery time was not very good but satisfied with the product.

Received the ring and was very happy with it. However, within 2 weeks the gold of the ring started fading even with my partners careful care of it. The whole bottom of the ring looks silver now which has upset my partner a lot. We’ve then recieved no care or help from TKs customer service and they only offered us services at our expense, without even a discount. This seems rude and unprofessional as 2 weeks is a very short time for the price I payed and the quality I expected. Would not buy from Taylor Kom again

Quality of gold plating for their cheapest ring option is terrible it rubs off very quickly. I even got it replated by them and still the same issue. Save your money.

The communications was a little slow. But once it started it was good. Got updates once the ring was made. A video and a picture as well. The ring arrived today and it is STUNNING! Fits perfectly and is so radiant! I would definitely recommend to people. Great alternative to real diamonds, much cheaper and the quality is amazing as well as sustainable.
