A great lighted mirror

I have owned several lighted Fanci mirrors, and I’ve given them for gifts. I’m a fan of Fanci. I recently had an issue with one of the mirrors and their customer service response was immediate and satisfying.

Great Company that stands by its products

I've purchased multiple products from Fancii: the Cali, Rivo, Remi, Clara, Torri, Isla, and the Leah. (I'm probably forgetting one or two.) All are great. I've never had a problem with any until now when I first used the Leah and the laser light didn't function. I emailed the company and received a response very quickly from Faye who asked me to try something which didn't work. Since the products have limited warranties for 24 months, she's sending another one out right away. What great customer service!

Purchased for my mom

Purchased for my mom, she loves it!
She had a power outage and the light would not come on. Emailed support and they gave a couple suggestions for her to try and it solved the problem, the little power button on the back needed a reset. Her eyes didn’t see the button.

Customer service is incredible! They responded quickly and found the best resolution. CS Agent Angelica was professional and efficient at resolving my issue. When you make me feel like a valued customer, I’m yours for life.

This sounds silly but I could open the…

This sounds silly but I could not open the compact when it arrived. I reached out Fancii and they were very responsive and helpful ! LOL, I was trying to open it from the wrong side.
Nice design and the both the magnification and lighting option are terrific.

Title - Thankful

My experience with fancii was excellent. The lady Faye that looked after me was a pleasure to chat with. She was very friendly and polite. She didn’t rush, she took her time and answered my questions. I like to say Thank you to Faye for her service.

Love this brand

I am so impressed with Fancii! The quality and design of their beauty tools are amazing. Everything feels thoughtfully made... from the packaging to the actual product. I especially love their mirrors. Best lighting ever. I can’t imagine going back to my old Amazon mirror. Highly recommend!

Impossible to get a refund

Bought a make-up mirror for my daughter. Worked 3 days and then died. Tried 3x to get through to them for a refund or exchange - they never got back to me. Never buy from businesses without a phone number contact.

Common Charging Issue

My initial lighted mirror stopped charging within a year of purchase (within warranty). Customer service was responsive and provided a replacement with no warranty included. The replacement stopped charging within a year, as well.

Excellent Customer Service

I bought a mirror from Fancii back in February, via Amazon. I have had a few issues with the mirror charging, I have tried numerous fixes but not have worked adequately, so I decided to contact the company I'd indirectly purchased from. I didn't hold out much hope I'll be honest. How wrong could I have been?? Exceptionally speedy response time (I'm talking minutes) and the issue entirely resolved in way less than ten minutes from raising the complaint to resolution. Impressive by any standards.
