I ordered 3 lighted compact mirrors for Christmas gifts. 1 was broken at the hinge. Customer service was responsive and sent a replacement promptly. Love the mirror!

The product is beautiful and customer service was excellent! I had an issue with the hinge on my mirror breaking. The representative offered to send me a new one! It's great to see a company stand behind their product. I am excited to get my new mirror, as I use it all the time and it is great for taking on vacation! I would highly recommend this company based on the great customer service I received as well as the wonderful products!

I bought a folding mirror for a Christmas present and when it was opened the hinge was broken. The package was in good shape. I emailed on Christmas Eve and they asked for pics which I supplied. Christmas Day they emailed to say a new one will be on the way and I did not have to send the broken one back. Super nice! The mirror is very cool and adjusts easily. Will probably buy myself one after I saw it. I was recommended to buy this by a friend and I will recommend as well!

I wanted to return a travel makeup mirror because it didn't light on both sides. It was a gift for my husband, and I misread the description and didn't realize that only one side had a light. I contacted Fancii about returning it, and they were unbelievably fabulous in helping me. They refunded my purchase and said that I didn't have to return the mirror. I was blown away that I didn't have to return it, and they were so kind about refunding my purchase...no questions asked. I will definitely recommend this company to others, and I will definitely shop from them again. Thanks so much for your kindness!

Horrible customer service
Ordered 6 Taylor mirrors for 6 of my family members as Christmas presents and got an email Dec 18 saying the following-
“ We are so sorry, all the items in your order are sold out - they are expected to ship from mid January 2026. Let us know if you'd be willing to wait, or cancel the entire order?”
I replied asking to change the colors but to get my order on time for Christmas, still waiting on a response. My order is sitting in their page as unfulfilled and I am still trying to get a response as of when I am getting my order.
I been trying to call them and always get a message about how no one is available to take the call.
Not a good experience at all. Will not buy from them for Christmas no more.

The mirrors are absolutely fantastic! Well made & pretty polished covers. They have great clear mirrors as well. Great for travel too!

I have lighting issues in the room where I put my make up on and have tried several lighted mirrors but none were ideal. I found out about Fancii mirrors through the Wire Cutter review site. The mirror is so clear, and the lighting and all the light options and adjustments are phenomenal. Additionally, they are very attractive products. Since getting my mirror I have really loved giving these as gifts. Everyone I have introduced to Fancii mirrors has loved them. My sister tried a similar cheaper product from Amazon and has since purchased Fancii because she could see the quality difference compared to mine.
I have the Vera, the Juni 2, and the mini Taylor and love them all. I gave several of these as gifts this Christmas and they have been a huge hit.
As a final note, the customer service is personal and they respond quickly and help with any questions. I have not had issues with any of the products I have purchased.

Excellent customer service! When shipment was delayed more than three weeks, they expedited a new order to arrive in time for Christmas.

Positive reviews on here have got to be fake due to the fact that this company has insanely horrible customer service! As a matter of fact, no representatives were ever available to speak to regarding my order that was never shipped. Resorting in me contacting my bank to request my money back which will not return until 120 days. Thank you Fancii for ruining my Christmas!

I bought 6 mirrors this year as Christmas gifts. I decided to gift myself a large mirror for my vanity along with a Taylor compact as well. Amazing customer service. One mirror needed to be refunded due to delivery times and they did that for me within 24 hours. I will absolutely be buying more from this company.

I bought this for extensive travel and it was a life saver at some of the hotels whose lighting was less than perfect! I definitely have adopted this as one of my favorite things in 2025 and have gifted over half a dozen to friends!

Excellent customer service. I ordered 3 of the makeup mirrors and they are high quality. The post office misplaced them and was one day later delivering them. I contacted Fancil because they showed delivered. I received an immediate response from the company. Package showed up the next day. They have great customer service.

Ordered for Christmas. Discovered that two were backordered until January. I emailed and asked to replace them with something that could ship before Christmas. Customer service was quick and responsive. They quickly changed my order to another compact and upgraded my shipping so it will arrive before Christmas. Very helpful and friendly service. Looking forward to receiving my purchases and I will definitely buy from this company again.

After my initial order never made it to me, I contacted Customer Service. I received a very prompt response and a new order was immediately issued and dispatched. I received it in just a few days and I absolutely LOVE my new Abigail travel mirror. Thank you so much for such a fine quality product and for your exceptional customer service! The mirror was better than I expected.
The three levels of lighting makes it very easy to apply makeup. And the adjustable stand makes it great for adjusting the mirror to just the right hight. And it collapses to a very thin easily storeable size.

I ordered Vera Vanity Mirrors for each of my granddaughters for Christmas. One of the deliveries got hung up in transit and I was worried about it arriving so I could have the gifts ready by Christmas for all the girls. I reached out to Customer Service by email and Faye responded almost immediately. She was so helpful and resolved every issue with the deliveries. I now have all of the mirrors ready for wrapping. I know that my girls will be delighted with their gifts and I owe it all to Faye! Congratulations to Fancii for your amazing staff!!

The customer service is excellent! The company responds quickly to resolve any issue you might experience. In my case I received a damaged mirror. Upon providing the proof of damage, I received a replacement right away.

Great items and customer service was 10/10. One of my items was not going to make it in time and they let me choose replacement item.

The customer service is phenomenal! My order was late due to holiday rush and some products unavailable.!They offered to send the additional products or refund my order. I chose to swap unavailable products for available products. Have not received yet-fingers crossed!
