I received my signet ring a couple of days ago. 16mm round in 14K white gold. My wife and I were a little nervous about what the results would be since the design was so intricate. We were amazed at the quality and craftsmanship from these artists! Fay was great on our email chain in helping me understand which type of engraving would be best for me. If I order another signet ring or a desk seal in the future these are the people I will trust!

I worked in the jewelery industry for more than 10 years, and was very impressed with the excellent quality of the ring which was made for me - my only issue was that the image of my family crest which I found & forwarded to Dexter didn’t provide for the reproduction quality which would have rated it “Extremely Fine.” Everything about the quality of the ring is excellent - the image I provided of my family crest wasn’t quite of a sufficient quality for the result to rate “exceptional.” Still, I very much like the ring & highly recommend the craftsmanship by Dexter Rings; the recommendations of the staff, options which were available and creation of the piece of jewelry gave me the opportunity to create a beautiful family heirloom.

Dexter Rings did a beautiful job recreating my family coat of arms as a signet ring. All I had to offer them was a blurry sketch and a photo of a 450 year-old wood carving. The workmanship is excellent! Customer service was very helpful and responsive. I am a very happy customer.

We just received the signet ring for my husband and we are very pleased. Dexter worked with us to get the exact artwork we wanted (a family crest we discovered during recent travels). I cannot recommend Dexters enough - not only a really well-thought through guide to buying a signet ring and a simple purchase process, but they were also incredibly helpful when I phoned to talk though queries. I was also impressed when they offered to try to get my purchase rushed through so it could arrive in time for my son’s 21st birthday; they managed it on the day which was both unexpected and amazing service. He is delighted with the signet ring, especially the engraving which has been beautifully done. The Rings are Exquisite. I had three different made and all were sized Perfectly and Flawless. I would highly recommend this type of ring over a cast one because of their mirror finishes.The engravings
