I ordered some wine online for collection at the shop
As soon as I arrived I was directed to an assistant, who knew about my order, and within 10 minutes I had paid and was on my way. Perfect!

I really love this shop! Interesting and different things to try. I ordered online for the first time and everything was really well packed and arrived in great condition.

I thought the selection of products was very good and the delivery was made at the specified time. However, had I not checked with the person who received the products, I would not have been aware that one item(olives) was missing and I was charged for it. When I sent an email, it was stated that the product "was out of stock" and that was why it was not included. Therfore, if this information is available to your team, the client should not have to bring it to your attention in order to obtain an explanation and corresponding refund. This obviously creates distrust.

Hi. We got a voucher for this company as a gift. Every time we tried to purchase goods they were out of stock. Eventually we did purchase from the website and when they were delivered there were items missing. No invoice was given with delivery either. So when I enquired which, took a while as there are no phone numbers included with delivery I was told that the items were out of stock and the price would be refunded. This unfortunately was of no use to me as I had binned the giftcard after use. The items we got were tasty but not worth the money we paid. Overpriced and disappointed.

I bought the oven ready meal for take away. It was delicious.

I needed to send a significant gift to an organisation in Ireland that were working for us. Fallon and Byrne delivered on time and what was suggested on their website was exactly what was delivered and in person. My order was from Australia.

Lovely hamper with top quality nibbles and wine. Also delivered the next day in time for a birthday gift.

Excellent wine and cheese hamper sent to a friend as a thank you. She was delighted with it.
