delivered late and i've had no way of…

delivered late and i've had no way of knowing it was actually delivered without having to then ask.
that was one of the two hampers I ordered.
the second one I still don't know if it arrived but I do know the money was taken from my account

A TOTAL ORDERING DISAAASTER

The ordering experience was very poor due to the completely untried and untested technology platform. It would have been so much better just to have been able to pay at a till and get a receipt like a normal customer.

Well tbh I don't understand why you…

Well tbh I don't understand why you charge over 4 euro for delivery of a voucher when you use an post and the stamp is no where near that price. Also your website would not allow me to purchase have the voucher online so I had to call the store.

As ever the food is excellent. It was necessary to make contact regarding a recent online order and the customer service/supprot received was second to none. Thank you Sinéad, Amy and Eric, your assistance was very much appreciated.

Excellent Customer Service

I was looking to buy a number of hampers for colleagues. Spoke to a lady who passed on me on to Eric their website manager. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, got me everything I needed and followed up to ensure I was happy with everything. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Treat yourself at Fallon and Byrne

Fallon and Byrne stock a wide range of foods from around the world as well as an excellent range of wines. The 'to go' range of food, prepared in house, is good and can be frozen to be used when needed. They stock beautiful fresh vegetables and fruit as well treats and wonderful cheese and bread. Best of all they deliver the food to your door and the staff are polite and friendly. They are a little expensive but you can expect excellent quality when you order from them
