Another fab order thank you, bought some things in the sale to put away for Christmas and a loungefly bag for myself and that is amazing no pictures could do it justice

Ordered and paid for an item. It never came so I asked for a refund, then an exchange all my requests were ignored. Infact every possible means of contact I made were ignored. The man who operates is rude, lacks the skills of common courtesy and no customer service skills. Please just avoid this company save yourself the heartache, these reviews are shocking....so many bad experiences, the courts must be over run with claims against them!!

Should be ZERO stars! Pure THEIVES & SCAMMERS. Received 2 broken ornaments, tried to contact via phone, email and Facebook messenger but had no response nor answered the phone so send both back for a refund signed for delivery to the address on their website and still have not received my money back weeks later. On the off chance called the shop to be told that returns go to a seperate address and there is nothing that can be done by them and I need to just wait! Apparently the owner needs to authorise refunds once they get a notification. If what I was told is correct the shop staff should be able to look into refunds or contact the retuns dept!
AVOID.... AVOID.... AVOID I am £225 out of pocket and no closer to receiving my money back! Next step is a chargeback.
With all the negative reveiws I don't know how they are still trading!
Also joined their facebook page as I could see it was active with daily posts, got let in so asked on one of their posts about my money and guess what.. within minutes I was removed from the group! TO ME THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Bought a Disney traditions back in 2021 , Rapunzel floating lights tower which was paid to city of jewels trading as Fairytalecollectables.co.uk on pre order contacted many times over last couple of years no answer on email or phone. Pure scammers. Avoid

Thefts!! Ordered 4 5 items and not received any or my money back and not returning my messages

January 2022 I ordered a loungefly bag which was a pre order to be released in March of the same year. I have never received it. I waited until September to give plenty of time before Christmas as it was a gift and knowing pre orders they can sometimes be delayed so gave the benefit of the doubt. I have since messaged quite a few times, emailed which got bounced back, rang the store and have never been able to get through. No one is contacting me back and I am now out of money, I refuse to buy anything else from the business. Bad customer service!

I ordered pre-order items in 2021 and was told that due to covid they were delayed. I called the shop several times and spoke to q very rude lady called Nicky. She told me that she didn't know when they were going to be available and basically it's tuff and just wait. I then called again a few weeks later after several emails, Facebook messages to both the business and his private page. He said that he wasn't aware of me not reciving the items and they were now out of stock. He said to pick something else of the value as due to the invoice being old her couldn't refund me. I sent him the picture of the chosen items and he still hasn't sent them me and he's blocked me from the business page on Facebook.

Never had any issues with this company. I’ve purchased some amazing products over the years.
They got let down by a supplier which was unfortunate as it caused them to receive many bad reviews, they have always been rated 5 stars since I’ve been going there, this one supplier letting them down has caused them unnecessary problems as it frustrated many customers who understandably left bad reviews. They are still a top company in my opinion.

This company have taken sent me bee gnome and good/bad gnome damaged, I arranged to collect due to the damage sea shell gnome was not there, owners father in charge of the shop and totally unhelpful. Other bits paid on a plan and never sent. Contact on FB and phone number now turned off. As over three months PayPal are unable to assist and now unable to view invoices. I have been a loyal customer for years and will never spend another penny at this shop, going to trading standards.

ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING Owner has his favorite customers who actually get their orders and refunds.

ive been blocked on every single group from him and messenger, had to go to small claims court for a refund, still yet to make him pay up, he owes ALOT of people refunds for an issue he could of sorted.

I found this company randomly through google search. I saw the reviews on here but decided to order anyway. So happy that I did, I purchased a few items from their January sale and they just arrived today after less than a week from ordering. Sure, postage seams a bit expensive if you only buy a few small items but I am so happy with my order. Will not hesitate to use again. Thank you.

Do not use this company! They take orders and payment and never send products. We have lost money with them ourselves now as have many, many others. Horrific service. If you question where your item or refund is you get blocked. They do not answer their business phone and they blame every one but themselves. I will NEVER use this company again and I pray no one else ever does too.

I have been an online shopper at Fairytale Collectables for several years (I don’t live nearby) and had outstanding orders when the current situation regarding unfulfilled orders with Enesco started. I waited several months but received a full refund for all my outstanding orders worth hundreds of pounds, which included old birthday and Christmas presents, dating back to 2021. I continue to shop with Fairytale Collectables as they offer value for money and all the orders that I have placed, have been received in good time and if there have been problems they have been resolved without any issues. I understand at times it can be frustrating when you don't get a quick response, (I have been one of those people) but hopefully once the owner clears all their backlog of outstanding customer orders and dealing with the fraudulent PayPal claims they will resume their service to before the Enesco fiasco.

I understand why people are fed up with waiting for them to sort out people’s orders or a refund BUT if you know them then you know before the break in & the flood they had and the problem with a supplier (which is not their fault in anyway at all if the supplier has stopped for filling the orders, so how can they help that)

They have thousands of customers and are getting though all the messages and are doing their best to get your refunds sorted as quick as they can
I know it’s Frustrating but before all of this have you ever had any problems with them?
I bet the answer is NO just think of all the great deals that they have done for everyone please.

I went down there on the 25jan 2023 as it was my birthday to pick my order and they sorted out the exchanges right away no problems Dan is a lovely man please lay off him snd Nicky and give them a chance to sort all this out. It’s a great company

I’d love to know why it’s taken over 6 months to receive a refund from an item I pre-ordered over a year ago and have never received??? I’ve been told by this company that it’s still processing but PayPal have said it’s definitely bounced and the refund has failed, yet I’m still being lied too. I don’t appreciate having to chase my rightfully owed money, and certainly don’t appreciate being lied too.

I’ve been more than patient with this company after they’ve had issues with their supplier but they currently owe thousands in refunds and they don’t seem to be paying anyone back without a putting up a fight first.

Please do yourself a favour and stay away from Roses of Bournemouth / Fairytale Collectables.

I have again asked for a refund, and have now been blocked from all their social media after threatening them with legal action. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

I wish I'd read the reviews first!! Awful company. I ordered an item that they didn't even have in stock. A month on and I've had to go through my bank for a refund of over £30. They don't answer the phone, the contact link doesn't work on their website. They ignored my request to join the FB page. There literally is NO way to contact them. Seems that everyone is right. They are a thieving company and I won't stand for it. Legal action should be taken against them.

I didn't get my items that I pre ordered in January avengers lost £ 300 still nothing sent messages about where my items then refund and got blocked never pre order from this company again very disappointed.

Horrendous company. Owed a lot of money from pre orders from 2021. Items never showed up and no refund. No communication you just get blocked, nicky is atrocious and speaks to her customers like rubbish. There's a group on fb dedicated now yo help people receive refunds. They owe thousands of people money and I'm currently having to take them to a small claims court. So far all communication has been ignored and the next step is to issue a ccj and instruct bailiffs. Absolute set of thieves.
