Brought Harry Potter broom over 2 years ago. Never got it. Asked for a refund. Then they blocked me on Facebook and won’t answer me emails. Please avoid

If I could leave 0 stars I would ! Paid deposits on several Disney pieces never received them or refunded deposits ! I wrote a recorded letter containing copies of invoices even went into shop spoke to owner who promised to sort it out NOTHING!! Stay clear !!

If I could leave 0 stars I would I’m owed over £400 from this shocking company from pre orders from 2 years ago as is my sister and mom who passed away in September still not receiving our refunds as promised he was once a trusted seller contacted several times and now we have just been blocked and ignored owes so many people so much money absolutely disgusting full of broken promises STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY !!

Absolute scam of a company. These used to be great and had no issues. However I have had items on order for 2+ years and not received. I requested refunds January 2023 and I’m still yet to get the money from them. They owe me almost £400 in total plus £150 to my partner. AVOID THEM!!

Paid via PayPal for a pre order item in May 2023, despite trying many ways of contacting still no item or refund.
Email via PayPal is returned to sender, Facebook messages ignored.
Takes money with it appears no intention of providing any type of service. Am disgusted that the physical shop Roses of Bournemouth in Winton is still allowed to trade.

I used to rate fairytale collectables and I considered Dan a friend, not now though, I was diagnosed with terminal cancer in August and unfortunately I had to cancel my orders with them, they understood immediately my situation and they worked out how much they owed me, I had items that I'd paid for in 2020 and still hadn't received, however despite me messaging him on numerous occasions I still haven't received my refund

I've purchased items in the past that were in the sale in and in stock so sent straight away. I've also preordered and never been sent the item, never refunded and blocked from their pages when asking where my item or money is. Research this page, there is an fb group too on how badly they have treated customers and not dealt with any problems. Now lost money because they can't be honest enough to admit they messed up.

Really awful experience! Ordered 2 figurines and only received 1. Contacted seller via PayPal but they just say that I’ve received the item as they were sent together.
The figurines were for Christmas presents and I was over the moon to have found the exact ones I wanted but this has been ruined.
Would not buy from this shop ever again as I’ve not received the refund requested!

They have stolen my money and refuse to give me a refund. They will block you and refuse to reply back as soon as you ask for a refund or where your products are. They are literal scammers and thieves, and know exactly what they are doing. Honestly, at this point, the fact Enesco won't do any more business with them is a plus and what they deserve.

STAY FAR AWAY! I've never had such a run-around with a company before. They give all the excuses under the sun, but make no attempt to reply or contact in any way. I've been blocked and lied to, and I'm not the only one.

Beware pre-ordering from this business, especially if you are not local. If something happens where a refund is needed or they are unable to provide a product, you will have to fight for it, and may even require to go the legal route.

I placed a pre-order for items I knew weren't coming for a while, but didn't except it to take more than 3 years. Now that they've raised the price to 3 times more than what I originally paid, I have yet to receive any communication for a refund. I've sent PayPal money requests, Facebook messages (which is literally the only communication this business has besides calling, and I'm an International customer) and have been blocked, and sent emails based on the email provided by PayPal (which doesn't actually exist, all emails were returned). It's been MONTHS now since I was told I would get an email with information about my order. I'm kind of at my wits end, because now it just feels like they are stealing from me. They mentioned they sent out emails regarding these pre-orders, but I have had zero communication. They are only responding to people who are buying their products, and are ignoring those who want their money back. They turn off all Facebook comments because they get flooded with people asking for money back. I left a comment on a Facebook post, and went to look for it the next day, and noticed it was no longer there, so I guess they are also deleting comments. I was kind of looking forward to buying from them in the future, but cannot currently justify the prices they are now asking for their Kingdom & Beyond collection, but will no longer be following for future updates. I will continue sending PayPal money requests until a refund is given.

There are a lot of negative reviews on this company but my experience with them was great, my order arrived within 2 working days and was all correct and as shown on pictures. My order included no pre order items though which a lot of the reviews point to. So maybe the pre order items create order issues but this should be expected if the item ordered is not in stock yet. I would definitely order from them again.

Absolute SCAMMERS. I pre order an item December 2021. Was to arrive June2022. It's now October 2023 . Still no item . NO REFUND & everytime you call the owner isn't in.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

Took payment for item , 23rd august in full , never received item , didn’t respond to messages or phone calls just given run around by owners !!!!!

this company takes your money knowing too well they will not be sending your item. they lie to you saying it is with courier company, they ignore you, they lie to you on telephone, on the rare occasion they can be bothered to talk to you. if any of their offers or deals or discounts seem too good to be true they probably are !!! Paypal ending up refunding under buyers protection, as surprise no reply !!
please everyone give your hard earned money to small company’s who will fulfill your order who will send it out with care who will get back to you

Absolute joke of a ‘company’. As you can see from many other reviews, they take your money and don’t send you what you’ve paid for. I ordered a stitch Christmas tree topper 3 weeks ago (where there was no indicator that it wasn't an in stock item). I received a confirmation email and nothing since then. I’ve tried calling their shop number multiple times with no answer. I tried replying to their email but it’s a no reply address. Their ‘contact us’ section on the website doesn’t work. Contacted them over PayPal and nothing. I even joined their Facebook group where they post in that MULTIPLE times a day. They uploaded a picture of a dog in their office and liked all the comments left by those saying “awww so cute, adorable” etc yet ignored mine and others’ comments asking for info on their undeceived orders claiming that they can’t get in touch from them either. Would NOT recommend them in the slightest. Stay far away. At worst, they’re scammers who enjoy taking other peoples money and at best, they don’t understand the first thing about running a business - which is only cemented by their bitchy responses to other negative reviews where they act offended and clueless. They know exactly what they’re doing.

Paid for items on preorder via PayPal. Still years later have not received despite others getting these items. No contact, delete comments on fb, ignore calls and emails.

Best advice is just avoid. Does not supply items that have been paid for and just ignores communication. The only way to get my money back was to go through the courts. This took almost a year from me starting the process
Save yourself the future hassle and avoid.

I'm actually really upset as i write this, but i feel i have no other option but to warn people, i have used this company for years, but unfortunately they have fallen on tough times and STOPPED talking to their customers, and today i have found i have been blocked on facebook. This company has £450 of my money for preorders. One of which i've been told multiple times that they will look into it and contact me but i've had nothing back. Another £120 was for their own collection which when it was launched looked nothing like the originals i paid for and it was agreed i could use the money towards something else. Its such a shame because like i said the company was fantastic, but i have tried to be patient and got no where. I have included screen shots so you can see how i've tried and tried and after my last message i have been blocked.
Another one of their customers contacted beast kingdom to get their pre order sorted.
So unfortunately now, i wouldn't recommend fairytale collectables / roses of bournemouth and would recommend everyone steer clear.

They are liars and thieves, taking money for items they don't have and not giving refunds.
I ordered a Disney piece in October 2022 and was sent the wrong item. I told them about it and they said they would send the correct one out ASAP. 4 weeks later and still nothing. I said I would make the 2 hour drive to the store to exchange it and was told this was fine. When I got there they didn't have the correct item but still took the incorrect one from me. Dan went on his computer and said he'd ordered the correct piece which would be here in a month. 3 months later and still nothing and no replies to messages. If you call the shop you get told he's not there or not available.
After endless messages I decided to make the drive to the store to sort it out. Once again I was told Dan was not available and there was no one there who could sort it out.
Eventually I went to the store again in August and chose something that I didn't really want but thought it was the only way to get something back. They couldn't find the box for this item so I was promised it would be posted out to me on the next working day.
Guess what? That's right, I haven't received the box. Dan told me a week later he'd been busy with other things and would post it that day. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it.
It has taken almost 10 months to get to this stage.
They now ignore all messages.

Worst buying experience I have ever had and worst customer service by a long way.

This business should cease trading until they've paid back all of the customers they owe money to and given people the items they've paid for.
Using the excuse of 'I'm in a legal dispute' is pathetic. That is not your customers problem. If you take their money, give them what they paid for.

The company now also have a very low rating on scamadviser so beware.

Absolutely shambles of a company, trade under various names so the paper trail is everywhere when trying to make a claim, it is it for tax purposes 🤔. Severe lack of communication from the "owners, happy to take your money and will blame the customer for any problems. Will ignore messages, delete anything negative said and always passive aggressive with answers to negative reviews - read them; they will always shift the 'blame'
When you can eventually speak to the owner he will be rude from the start, aggressive and if he doesn't get his own way will put the phone down on you. I'd honestly avoid purchasing anything from this company as they have no professional integratory
