This is 100% not a fake review great product

This is reviewing Fairybell 3 meters 480 LED lights Including mast Twinkle outdoor tree. I was concerned when completing my order that it was being despatched from the Netherlands as I had thought it was UK, so I was expecting it to be some time. I ordered on 2nd December and it arrived 12th December, which to be fair is reasonable given that it is a very busy time of year. The instructions aren't the best, and we were a bit concerned at the jumble of lights and how it would go up, but I found much better step by step ones online, which were really helpful and it went up quite easily in the end. I love the finished result, it looks amazing. So overall a positive experience from me, a little longer delivery time than I would have liked, but great service, well packaged box within a bigger box. Thumbs up from me. 👍

No delivery and no update

Similar experience to other reviewers unfortunately...

Ordered the tree on the 27th November. Today is the 4th December and still no delivery or even an update. The only available tracking shows it as still being in the Netherlands, where it's been since a day after ordering!

Have tried using their AI Live chat, but it only points to the tracking. When prompted to transfer to speak to an actual person it does nothing! Followed up with an email chase but so far no response.

Be warned if you're thinking of ordering through this company, particularly if outside of the Netherlands where they are based.

I understand Christmas is probably their busiest time but it's likely when they do 99% of their business given the nature of the product, so you would think they would plan for the demand.

Will see if it arrives in time for Christmas...this year or next!

I ordered a tree on 24th nov tracking…

I ordered a tree on 24th nov tracking is hopeless no updates at all, it’s now 3rd Dec still no tree . Very poor service avoid better buying a tree from noma in the uk.
Will not buy from Fairybell again.
Fairybell you not doing your Business favours at all.

Needs a fairy 🧚 to deliver!!

Ridiculous long lead times

Ordered £785 of goods 9 days ago and no signed of order. Tracking says it was despatched 4 days ago but no updates since then. Why have a co uk web address to convince people you are uk based, but actually be based and ship from Europe. Do not order from this web site if you want to get your decorations up for Christmas!

Non-Existent Customer Service for a Decent Product; Avoid Until They Fix It

We were excited about the tree (different approach/would look better than straight lines), but it was malfunctioning out of the box and Customer Service was non-existent. We tried to reach them 3-4 times to help us fix it, i.e., we weren't looking for a return, and they never responded. For US$529, it should work, last for years, and there should be someone at the company to help with problems. We're stuck with a malfunctioning tree that has limited use. Given the price, I'd avoid buying from Fairybell until they fix Customer Service. Note that this is for the 13ft, 1500 light, multicolor tree.

TERRIBLE Customer Service

I've got a 6m Fairybell, purchased in Dec 2023. Looks great, but comes with TERRIBLE customer service.

In Dec-24 I wanted to buy some spares and messaged them via their chat on website to check the power leads were compatible with my model of Fairybell. Despite a message back saying someone would be in touch, no-one bothered replying until I chased on 2nd Jan 2025, when they replied as if it was the next day instead of a month later.

BUT the bigger issue is that I have broken LEDs already in 3 of the 8 'webbings'. Still under warranty so I went to raise a claim. The Bot sent me a link to order spares under warranty, but the largest option available was 4m when I need the 6m version.

So I emailed Customer Services on 2nd Jan, which was when I got a reply about my chat from December. I forwarded that person my email I had sent earlier to Customer Services asking him to respond to that too. No reply.

On 8 Jan I chased, and this same person said he knew nothing about my warranty claim, so I forwarded him the email I had sent him on 2nd Jan and he replied that "we had not seen this message before" as if I'd never emailed it (twice) on 2nd Jan.

He gave me a new link to order the 6m webbing, but said it was out of stock and I could enter my email to be notified. I replied asking when it would be in stock again, and he replied "September" as if it was just next week, not 9 months away.

So basically, my plans to use it at a summer wedding party are out the window.

In summary, it's a nice product, looks great when up and working, but it's expensive and comes with TERRIBLE customer service. They don't reply to emails/chat, and when they finally do, it's totally unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

The 3 year warranty is only as good as the Customer Service!

8 meter tree is too flimsy and unstable when windy.

I bought the 8 meter tree including flagpole which is a very expensive purchase. Despite installing the flagpole as per the instructions and ensuring that the base of the flagpole is fixed into a concrete base the flagpole snapped when it became windy. Whilst we ordered a replacement flagpole (another £157) we have had to remove the tree when it becomes windy which isn't easy given the weight of the pole when the lights are attached. The 8 meter pole in my opinion is too flimsy. Shame because it looks beautiful when it is lit up but cant afford to keep ordering flagpoles or taking the tree down every time wind is forecast.

Zero response. Ignored

Please an order on Monday for over £600 clearly told them this was for an event and needed before Friday. It’s now Wednesday night and it’s not been despatched and my 3 last emails ignored. Poor service will starting a chargeback against this non communicating company

A little bit of a con

A little bit of a con ! Great lights but we just bought a £400 6ft tree as it was advertised well and even a video showing how it goes up . We were sold but when it turned up there no pole ? So basically it’s useless without it ! Guess what it’s not included!!! Whattttt… it’s another £150 for the pole but it doesn’t state that on the advert anywhere not even at checkout! Madness, What a con ! Watch out for this one folks . Very disappointing and dishonest

Nothing short of excellent...

Firstly I want to start of by saying I never write reviews. But having got in touch with customer services about an issue with a tree I bought a number of years ago I have never experienced such exceptional customer service. I worked with a couple of people in sales / support and my expectations really were exceeded. I would have no hesitation in buying from Fairybell again or recommending to others.
