Everything was professional and exceptional , dealing inhouse with staff . Absolutely no issues .
My only peeve is a simple one :
acessible contact ,
difficult to call and reach staff ,
and appareny company decision
not to be able to contact via email or cell text .
Suggestion to resolve this one issue !

The application was processed quickly, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything went. Honestly, I was in a bad predicament, and I needed help immediately.Did you just pop up and nowhere. Wow , how convenient , how amazing how current how understanding and how easily it is to get approved.... It's intimate, they use it in what you have and a balance.What they can give you from what you can afford to pay.Honestly, this is the best company in the world.Thank you so much for making a difference in my life.I don't know what I would do without them💓

It is fast and easy to get a loan
It is fast and easy to get a loan. But at what cost? High interest rates like 34.99%. With a good credit rating . And will not work with you to get interest rate down lower. $8000.00 loan over a year and a half. Closer to 14000.00 still owing.

My experience was as to be expected. High rates for this place that lends to people with lower scores. If u cant ask your bank ask fairstone u will pay more in intrest because of the high risk of default.

Nothing short of amazing
Getting my loan was super easy. I was working full-time when I got it, but then had a drastic drop if hours after a stroke at work. Since then, they've been incredibly lenient and understanding of my situation, allowing to make smaller regular payments that work with my budget. Paying is as simple as using the online portal. Everyone I've dealt with has honestly just been so wonderful and helpful this whole time. Many thanks to the entire staff at the Hespeler Road location! 🙌
