Spare parts

Unfortunately spare parts are not very well described, not available or not existing.
Also no follow up on shipment which still not received.
Cost of delivery is much to high.

Freshwater pump ordered online

Product (F/W pump) arrived within a few days of ordering. Unfortunately, the wrong one had been picked from the warehouse, a 24v not 12v as ordered. Guys in parts department very helpful - emailed pre-paid returns label immediately and despatched correct pump the same day the incorrect one was received back.

A little frustrating I lost a week due to the error but top marks for customer service to put it right!

Would recommend them every time

Owners manual service

Hy,

i ordered the owners manual for my Targa 33 boat.I recieved it, on my email next day.

The service from mr. Alex Neagus was excellent. He also helped me with my further questions.

Everting was customer oriented. The only thing which im missing, is PAY-PAL payment. This should be implemented for fast checkout.

Still waiting for part, customer service not helpful

Part ordered and paid for including large delivery charge for speedy delivery
No part has arrived yet
Number not on website so cannot talk to anyone before order placed
Once placed phone number is on e mailed receipt
I phoned this number but not helpful
AFTER TRUSTPILOT REPLY FROM FAIRLINE
No indication of delivery on website order, in fact it invites EXPRESS delivery which to me implied they were in stock.
So as I need them ASAP I paid express delivery,
On the e mail confirming order there was no mention of items not being in stock,
Thank you Trustpilot , I would not have known items out of stock without your post

Hi Chris, We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with our service. The wiper blades you ordered have a 4 week lead time at point of purchase. I had to email 4 times to check on…

I had to email 4 times to check on parts and remind the parts team to followup

I still don't know if the parts have shipped

Hi Jeffrey, I believe Blaine was dealing with this one - I apologise for the miscommunication. The parts are all on stock besides the Blue LED light which has a slight lead time of 4 weeks. The complete order will be shipped together once all parts are received and ready to dispatch. I hope you are understanding.
