We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied by our service. As you ordered a magnetic switch sensor, this is bespoke and "made-to-order," therefore there is an incurred manufacturers lead time. We aim to dispatch this to you as soon as we receive the sensor (11/04/2021).

I needed a special door lock for a…
I needed a special door lock for a Fairline, I had spent some considerable time trying to locate it myself, without any success. I contacted the parts team and Steve Kibble came back to me. what a great guy, with so much knowledge, he knew exactly which part I required & he got one for me.
Although delivery is slow, you know you're getting the right parts for the job.
Steve is a credit to Fairline.
