Pretty suspicious..
I had more than enough money in my account for my repayment to come out. They took it, it process for 2 days, cleared my account 2 days ago and last night, they sent it back to me and then chucked a default fee on and let me know I was in arrears, so scamming to get even more money back out of me and funnily enough, It won’t let me pay manually and I can’t get ahold of them..
