A/C Install
The install of unit, and the spark was excellent. The cutting of the A/C outlets in the bedrooms was a mess as they didn’t put down covers to catch the dust. This was disappointing as we have all belongings in these rooms as we are renovating the rest of the house. In the roof the insulation batts were not replaced after cut outs were done and I have had to replace them myself which was an effort at 69 years of age. Otherwise we are very happy with the system that was installed- full ducted A/C of the house.

From the time of my initial request for advice and a quote for the best option to install air con in our home I found Steve to be great with communication and quoting.
The installation of the ducted air con was done quickly and efficiently. Cam's follow up and advice on how to use the Air Touch system was really helpful and appreciated.

Would have given 5 stars but while staff carried out the work as per quote, the anti rust treatment was included in the initial invoice but upon questioning was deleted from final invoice. What was good was staff immediately accepted the error without argument.

My old air conditioner was not working well. Now it has been replaced by Faircloth and Reynolds it is working perfectly and keeping the apartment at a comfortable temperature during the hot summer months.
