Useless and dishonest service.

Before signing up they clearly said that their subscription could be cancelled at any time for any reason. When I tried to cancel my subscription two months in because they didn't provide any value, they claimed that I had to keep paying for as long as I was taking Mounjaro since they wrote the prescription.

When asking for proof that I had agreed to anything like that they simply stopped responding, so in the end I had to block their fraudulent charges with my bank.

So my recommendation: use a different service provider or at least use a disposable debit card.

Zero stars if I could. Avoid this platform.

I trusted Fagercare with my health and my payment information — a mistake I deeply regret. After my initial charge, they kept attempting to bill my card repeatedly without my authorization, well beyond anything I agreed to. When I tried to resolve it, I emailed their support multiple times, the manager wven my treating doctor - and got nothing back — not an acknowledgment, not a response, complete silence.

This wasn’t a one-off billing glitch. It was a pattern of repeated, unauthorized charge attempts combined with a total refusal to communicate. I was left with no option but to contact my bank directly, flag the company for attempted fraud, and block further charges myself — because the company that caused the problem wouldn’t even answer an email.

A healthcare platform that can’t be bothered to respond to customers about being overcharged doesn’t deserve your trust or your card number. Do your research before signing up, and know that if something goes wrong, you may be entirely on your own.

I live in Denmark and was struggling to get a GLP1 prescription from the GP - Fagercare were super responsive, issued my prescription quickly and faxed it to my pharmacy (they needed it faxed directly from the doctor VS a print out from me)
Super happy with how responsive the service - they quickly issues me a new prescription after I made a typo with my name submission.

They sent me the PDF cross-border prescription for Mounjaro in their app, so I printed it out and gave it to a pharmacy in Norway. But they did not accept it at the first pharmacy, but at the second pharmacy they accepted it. Overall good experience, but I wish they could hire a Norwegian doctor to get the prescription in Helsenorge so I don't have to risk being denied buying the medicine sometimes.

This service feels like a complete scam.

From the start, Fager Care knew that I live in Europe. They clearly claimed that their prescriptions are valid worldwide. Based on that, I paid for their service. But when I received their so-called “prescription” and went to multiple pharmacies, every single one told me the same thing: this document is NOT valid in Europe and cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

I contacted their support, and instead of solving the issue, they told me to just print the same invalid document and try again. I did exactly that, went to several pharmacies again, and of course, nothing changed.

After reporting this again, they told me they had sent a physical prescription to my address. It has now been over a month, and I have received absolutely nothing.

What makes this even worse is that once I kept asking about the issue, they suddenly stopped replying to my messages altogether. I also contacted their help/support system separately and never received any response there either.

At this point, I don’t even want the medication anymore. I paid for a service that was clearly misrepresented and never properly delivered. This is extremely misleading and feels like they are taking advantage of customers who trust their claims.

I strongly advise others to be very careful before using this service.
