amount agreed apon was not paid

The condition of the books we receive is the number one issue we run into. The problem we have is that we can't sell books that aren't perfect - as new. While the books you sent in were in very good condition, I could not call them new. I would be happy to discuss this with you in person if you would like to give me a call. I did take photos of the books in case you want to see how they were received. Perhaps the damage to the cover and corners happened during shipping. I've been selling to FacultyBooks for several years. They always come through as a much higher price than book buyers and most other on-line buyers. Their site is easy to navigate and their payment are very quick. I have taken advantage of their direct deposit option. I would highly recommend it and them.

I am sorry your experience with FB.com was not excellent. We try hard to make sure every interaction with us is a good one. To that end, I looked at your request to try and see what happened. We receive your request for boxes on the 5th of December and the boxes were picked up by UPS on the morning of the 6th. My only possible explanation is that this time of year, packages are taking longer than normal to arrive at the destination. With today being the 12th, I can't imagine they will take much longer to get to you. If you haven't received the boxes in the next few days, I encourage you to contact me directly and I will have boxes overnighted. We want you to be happy with your experience.

It looks like the quote you received was issued on the 14th of October and the books were received in our warehouse on November 23rd. Unfortunately, the price of books is very fluid as supply and demand fluctuate and the price we are able to pay for your books had dropped significantly. Two of the books I sent, which were new and in perfect condition, were actually categorized as used because--supposedly--some of the pages were bent. That's BS. I won't send new books to them

Unfortunately, because of the restrictions we have on selling books as new, we have to be very critical of the books we receive. What we usually find when we evaluate the books we have to sell as used, is they were damaged while being shipped to us.
