My order is now 34 days in process. They gave me a tracking number but it is not obvious who is the shipping company. There is nothing to let me know that the order is for real or if they are sending tracking information because it is a scam to give them time to process the money and get paid by the credit card company. I can only email them, once they answered to wait and the next two email are not answered.

They claim to have delivered y package on the 7/7/2023 no package was brought all the packages go to the management office to be picked up and no package came my order # is FD6254145919YQ nothing was delivered I want my money back this shipping company is a scam

Like everyone else. I have been scammed. Everything that has been said has happened to me. I ordered June 5th. Still no delivery. Supposedly, it's been given to USPS in Los Angelos.

Do not spend your money on this site! It is a SCAM! I wish I had seen the other reviews before I made my purchase because the "company" ran the same game on me. Bogus tracking number, told that the merchandise was delivered in mailbox/porch, later told it was signed for and the logistics company can't show proof of it. I can have it resent but would have to sign for it.

Stop scamming I thought I was order from SheIn use their profile but when I paid for my order it said factory clear purchased over $200. Worth of clothing items I should have known that 24hr sale was too good too be true. Now I keep getting spam mail urging me to complete my order or go to check out when I've already paid & you've deducted money from my debit card . I can't even track anything & the contact for questions info(factoryclear@lapidity) is bogus. I'm not tripping but you won't catch me slipping again! "Karma is real"

When i tell you i spent 77 bucks for clothing i never received!!! Then they give you a false tracking number on a false tracking site! Don’t spend money on this site it’s a complete scam. They said owners was coming from Hong Kong then California then they says usps was waiting to create a label!!! It’s all bs!!!!! Then they said delivered!!! NOTHING !!!!! This company is a scam ! I saw an ad for Shein which I know is legit. I clicked on it and placed my order for $40.79 on 6-2-23 at 6pm. Once I realized it wasn't SheIn, I cancelled 2 hours later. Fast forward 36 days later, I've sent numerous emails and messages. They send my messages back as mailer daemons. They sent a couple of unprofessional/ incorrect grammar and spelling emails back but still no refund. DO NOT ORDER from this company!! They are SCAMMERS!!! The only reason I gave them a star is because you can't put a 0 up here !
Update : They have deleted all email accounts as of 8:45 pm... $Scammers!!!

BEAWARE!!!!@ Never ever order from these people ordered on June 8th, kept up with tracking number they gave me. A entire month later July 8th stated it was delivered yesterday.. LIERS LIERS LIERS!!!!! NEVER ARRIVED. Double checked with usps that tracking number doesn't exist.. Im so heart broken waited all this time for a true disappointment STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Received a tracking number and after a month they said the package was delivered on a holiday. Left in mailbox or on and about front door or porch. Sad, such a scam!!

Ordered several items on June 2,2023. The tracking reads the same way others have reported and after a month the tracking says on 7-1-23 DELIVERED,IN/AT MAILBOX/COURTYARD FRONT DOOR PORCH.

This is a scam as I have cameras all around my house and nothing was delivered and no one came near to deliver anything.

My experience is exactly like the ones I’ve seen shared. I also ordered items and was tracking them. Finally after about a month, the message was that my items were delivered and left in the mailbox/porch. This wasn’t true I never received anything. This site must be a scam!

I placed an order on June 11th. The confirmation said shipping in 3-5 days. It has now been almost 30 days, and the tracking information is bogus. This is 10000000% a scam.

What a SCAMM!!! Order items over a month ago, said it was delivered at a courtyard on the front porch on July 4th which is a Holiday. I don't even have a courtyard and haven't rec'd anything :(. I see the website is a scam too...ugh I worked to hard for my money, never again. I'm going to report this company

I ordered from this site on June 7. I have been keeping up with the tracking because I was excite about getting my things. Here is my tracking info.saying it was delivered on July 4, when no main ran because of the holiday and it did not come yesterday either. I am so MADDDD!!!!!!!

My heart just dropped reading these reviews because I'm realizing that I in fact have been scammed, I had the same thing happen to me my package was said to have been delivered on July 4th at 17:00p.m. at my porch, door or mailbox, well first of all it was only 15:00p.m. when the email came through stating it was delivered, so of course I notified the site and they are saying to check with my neighbors and the company was denying a refund but was willing to send a package that would require a signature, I have asked twice for the carrier that supposedly delivered my package but that info has not been provided!!!! I'm so upset because I've waited over a month and was so looking forward to getting the pieces I ordered and now the realization that I may not get my money back or get the pieces I ordered is down right angering, I don't have money to throw away but I guess the old saying "if it seems to good to be true it probably is rings true!!!

UPDATE:

After posting this review, contacting my credit card company and also notifying SHEIN that this site was impersonating them - I immediately received my refund from my credit card company...and factoryclear still continued to send me emails offering to send another package or wait it out.

Ordered products on sale-- the more you added to your cart, the less items cost, so I added about 30 items for around $60.

I placed my order on 6/5. There was no update in my order after a week, so I emailed to get an update. They apologized and updated tracking to say that my order was being put together (which was a repeat update from the week prior).

On my order page, it says free shipping and DHL was the carrier at 3-5 day ship time. However, as the item supposedly came into customs in Los Angeles, it was sent to USPS, not DHL. After a few more updates and weeks later, I received notification yesterday (July 4, 2023), an entire month after I ordered, that my package had been delivered in or around mailbox, front porch or courtyard.

I hadn't received a package, but, just to be sure, walked all around our property and checked in with neighbors, but there was no package and they had no proof of delivery other than the updates on track678.com

In addition, July 4th is a federal holiday and USPS does not deliver. And since the shipping said USPS delivered the item, there's no physical way it would have been delivered on the 4th od July. AND they would be able to provide me with a tracking number via USPS. They have not.

They emailed me back after my complaint was made, stating the shipping company was unwilling to refund the money, so they wanted to offer other solutions like sending my items again at no shipping cost (it's not clear if they would charge my card again for the items) and have me sign for it or, if I declined, they would continue to "search for a solution." I'm sure if I offered to sign, they would send me a ring like others have stated.

The only solution I need is to have my money refunded immediately or a dispute with my credit card will be filed and I'll get my money back that way.

Fun fact - you only have 60 days to file a CC dispute for items not received and 120 days for damaged items. Since it took them 30 days to send me the fake delivery notification, it would likely take another 30 days to get another notification and still no package which would push me over the threshold of the 60 day mark to file a claim.
