Same story as everyone else, claimed it was delivered, it was not. Said they’d resend, didn’t. Offered a partial refund which never came. Email exchanges full of lies and excuses. Run away from this site!

Has anyone ever received there ordered goods

I wish there was a Neg Star because even given the one star is NOT AT ALL WORTHY!! This HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SCAM STOLE $60.35 from Me to some that may not be much but to ME a person who RARELY buys new clothes is detrimental! I ordered 7/15/23 and nothing came I emailed them they said it had been shipped still in Aug nothing, Nothing but LIES and now it’s past the 60 days to recover my money or dispute it with my bank so BASICALLY I AM OUT $60.35 with not ONE STITCH TO SHOW FOR IT

This company is a scam. I ordered 3 dress in June 2023. They sent copy and paste parcel delivery. They went as far as to say I received the merchandise. I have been emailing since July 9 requesting a refund. Everyday it's d different person that responds. Today they say it can take a long time to get refund. I told NO legitimate company takes over 3 months to refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I am contacting FB as this is where say the link

I ordered July 18 and never received my order. I was was told it was delivered. When I reached out, they said they would send the order again. It is now October and I have not received that order which also said it was delivered.

I finally got my money refunded. This is to encourage others that were scammed by them. Keep responding to their emails being persistent. Contact your card company to give a refund. Once I did that they got on the ball and refunded the money which then went back to banker since they had already given me my money back on 10-08-2023. My order was placed on 07-02-2023

I have been scammed aswell. I wish l read reviews. Lesson learnt.

They got me too. I ordered July 15 and on Aug 24 it said my package was delivered. I don't work so I'm home everyday when the mail comes. They asked how to make it better would I like them to resend my order. Well it's been another month. This time it said it was delivered on 10/01. I don't think so considering no couriers deliver packages or mail on Sundays. So I told them that and told them I want a refund on 10/ 2. We'll see what they say

I finally got my refund! Don't give up! It took time and a lot of emails back and fourth. They kept saying that my refund will take time to process. In the end I told them that I have an appointment with my solicitor along with citizens advice and said I would be warning people on social media. I told them that I knew they were scammers and wouldn't give up until I got my refund. I also sent them a copy of all the bad reviews on here. I received my refund within 3 days along with an email trying to convince me that they are not scammers pffft!

SCAM ALERT
I ordered in June 2023 said it had been delivered and it wasn’t told me to check my neighbours it was never delivered
Told me that they would send the order again and still nothing
I’ve asked time and time again for a refund and they just babble BS emails always from someone different
I told them I paid insurance so it shouldn’t be a problem
Still today almost 12 weeks later nothing

Just like everyone else, I did not receive my item. I thought I was ordering from Shein, ordered item in June, and never received package. Emailed Customer Service and was told package was delivered. Was asked to check with neighbors, etc. Told me they would resend item and have me sign for package. Never did any carrier come to my home, let alone ask to sign for a package. Was told package was delivered and signed for, but due to problems with system they could not show me the signature. So, if this has happened to you, call your bank and report that transaction as fraud. My bank refunded my money the same day!

SCAM ALERT!! I ordered on 07/17. Got a message that package was delivered. I have cameras all around my home. It was not!!! I emailed them and told them that I was reporting the transaction as fraud to my bank.I thought I was ordering from Shein but this was a scam from the start. My order was over $80. I want my money or my merchandise. When I called USPS they told me the tracking numbers weren’t real and to call my bank to report it. They responded that they would call the courier and file a claim BUT the company denied their claim. So they allegedly sm resending the order. It has allegedly made it to a U.S. airport today. FRAUD reported to my bank.

Total Scam ordered in April /23 and not a word about my order . I'm so upset that I didn't check the reviews before I placed the order.

I can't believe that I fell to this scam!! I saw their ad on FB AND I THOUGHT IT WAS A clearance for a well know company but its all false. They won't give my refund or send items. It so bad. I have been emailing them and they do respond but its all a bunch of lies! They take people's money and tricks them!! Absolutely stay away and these people should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Facebook ad. I thought I was buying from Shein! Then it says S they just copy pictures of pretty clothes from online shops. Post for really cheap. Fake. I've waited from June till now September. In July I said hey it said delivered. I never got the package. They offered to resend. So I wait again. They claim the package was delivered and signed for. It was not. They won't tell me who their courier is! RED FLAGS
I want my money back!

On May 28 of this year I made an order for the amount of $42.81. We are in the month of September and I never received my order yet. I wrote into the Facebook and e mailed then, but not answer. I want my money back or my order. Order number 1934.

Ordered from this site in June, after being told that my parcel had been delivered in July whilst 4 people were home I sent them numerous emails and was told to check with neighbours Incase it had been dropped off at wrong address. I told them that we received numerous parcels from other orders and they don't make mistakes. They always email back saying that parcel is on its way and to check tracking no, so I've just looked and low and behold it was delivered 2 days ago the hell it was. I'm done sending emails and listening to their dribble, just going to report them.

This is a scam! There is no way my package was delivered twice and a signature was required, but you can't provide proof of the signature. I made my order in June, it's September! I pray I get my refund
