Even 1star is too much my experience is pretty much the same as everyone else said they had sent mine twice and it’s got lost twice ! Supposed to be getting a refund wait and see 😡

SCAM. Like everyone else’s comments, I thought it was Shein but ended up being Sfactory. I was told items were shipped, waited a month and was told it was delivered. I received nothing. Refunds were offered at 60%, then 80, then 100 when I refused the others. Then told a problem with my bank to give the refund. I used my CC! Wish I read about this beforehand. I never would have ordered.

Not even worth a star, order never turned up, they say was delivered, it was not then sent again rather than refund, no order delivered again.
This company is a total scam do not use, they are just posting pictures from other websites

I been had too… waiting over a month ordered on 07/17 it’s now August 22nd they say it was delivered on 08/19 lol SCAM SCAM. I thought I was ordering from SHEIN until it was too late. Gonna report it to my bank and see if I can get my money back. Lesson Learned 😩

I wouldn’t even give this company one star but you have to so you can leave a review. From what I’ve read, this company has ripped myself and several others off. Shame on them it’s OK only God can Judge and he knows exactly where these people are going!!

Ordered several months ago. Still have received nothing. Ordered under false pretense. Thought I was ordering from shein and didn't realize I wasn't until money was processed under different name. I clicked on a Facebook ad that said shein. Have been in touch, but they won't refund my money, saying that I must have messed up my address because the courier says it was delivered. Too bad for me. Similar experience to everyone here. 😔

Scam! Ordered shoes in May, never received them and can't even find my confirmation for payment to them to cancel it on Paypal. Don't do it!

I’m in the same boat I thought the website was shein I placed my order in July they gave a fake tracking number I called my post office to see if they could track it couldn’t be found the last time I checked it said it was delivered at the mailbox/ courtyard porch I want my money back I’m going to have this investigated

I ORDERED 2 DIFFERENT ORDERS AND I THOUGHT WERE FROM SHEIN, NO REFUNDS AND NO ITEMS AND I CAN'T GET NO HELP. THIS IS NOT GOOD. TO MUCH MONEY GONE TO WASTE. WHO IS GOING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY????

This is a scam!!!! Order in July, no order came. They said it was delivered. I order a lot online all other orders from other companies and they arrive. I asked for a refund. I got an email that I could not reply to.
DONT DO IT!!!!

I ordered £42 worth of stuff from this site back in may, I never received the stuff and kept getting fobbed off with delivery will be soon, 2 month in and still nothing, I have received £4.07p and still waiting for the rest of the refund, I know I will never get my money back and I hope others do not fall for this scam like I did. BE WARNED.

I thought the site was Shein Clearance and bought like 20 complete outfits for my daughter for school. To find out it was a scam and real messed me up on my daughter's school clothes. My daughter was so upset and disappointed! I'm a disabled person and don't have a lot of money and for them to take what we had saved up for schools is awful!!!

Scam ! I ordered over a month ago , kept getting emails it’s on its way but wouldn’t show where it was in travel . Was finally told they delivered it which never did and said they will resend product to me and when I said I want refund they won’t respond to me . Had to call bank to report fraud site .

This is a scam, they advertise as S a subdivision of Shein. They take your money then provide a fake tracking number. Purchase is never received even after getting an email saying I signed for it. When I asked for a refund the give you a song and dance about how they incurred a hardship and try to negotiate the refund at 50%. When I refused and threatened to go social media, they came back at 70%, then 90%. I opened a dispute with my cc company and they will incur a chargeback. TOTAL SCAM
