When I am able to order myself, the food is great. But sometimes I get orders I didn't want because the default is automatic orders. And unless you remember to go in and deselect (only able to pause 3 weeks), you will get orders you didn't want. If the default was 'no order', it would prevent orders being sent out that are not wanted nor needed. I do greatly appreciate the email reminder but it only allows for one day or so to update. when I was out of country, your app would not let me access it to stop the orders. The default should be NO ORDER. We will order as we want an order. Other than that, it's great. Best food service out there! Always a good portion of protein and tastes great!

Too expensive and not sustainable. 6 meals for $100?! Chicken is often dry. Meals are small. Not worth $16 each.

My experience with Factor Meals has been wonderful. The food is fresh, they have a good variety and a rotating menu with easy online ordering. I feel the ingredients are high quality with balanced macros. The delivery is reliable with tracking so I'm always aware when my order is coming.

Food is good. Unfortunately delivery is almost always late so I miss a day (2 meals),

I was ordering these meals for my mother. She enjoyed the meals but I'm giving one star for customer service. The meals were packed on Monday and it's Wednesday and they are not delivered yet. I reached out to customer service to find out how long there boxes are rated for and I was told they are good for 7 days in the shipping box.... I highly doubt that and questioned this more. I was told I can "touch" the meat to ensure a safe temperature.. I feel front line customer service should know exactly how long the boxes are rated for. They also told me I couldn't speak to anyone above them to get validation on the answers.

I've been using Factor meals for several months and have been very impressed. The meals are convenient, fresh, and taste much better than I expected from a prepared meal service. I especially appreciate the variety of high-protein options, which make it easier to stay on track with my nutrition goals without spending hours meal prepping.

The portions are satisfying, the ingredients taste fresh, and the meals are ready in just a few minutes. Delivery has been reliable, and the packaging keeps everything well chilled.

Factor has saved me a lot of time while helping me make healthier choices. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for convenient, nutritious meals that actually taste good.

I was impressed with the quality and quantity of food in each meal. There is a feeling of wellness one gets after a well-balanced meal and I felt that with the Factor meals. The quantity and nutrition in each meal suited me perfectly. And the only work required of me is to pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Just getting started. I still have not figured out the ordering. I’m in chefs choice and I’d like to make my own choice. Way to many green beans

Convenient, tasty, good variety of ingredients, macro friendly

I really love the convenience of factor and the meals are generally great. I'd like more protein lower calorie options though, but no complaints. There is some inconsistency in portion size, but I can get over that because it is one of the best affordable meal services I've tried.

Really great so far. The only thing I wish was clearer (and I am sure it was me) is that the meals go in the fridge, not the freezer. I ruined my fish dinner because I froze it and then it took a lot longer in the microwave and didn't come out well. But now that I know this, it has been wonderful.

I live alone and really trying to cut down on buying what I think I need at the grocery store. These meals are healthy and honestly they taste great. I have been with them for over a year. But I would like to be offered a free box for loyal customer would be nice, just a thought. Having perks for new customers is great but perks for long standing customers is great also.

Great fresh convenient yummy dishes. Great menu variety. Awesome taste. Pretty much perfect.

The qualiy of the food, the lack of food waste and the speed at which it's prepared is wonderful.
I subscribed to Factor because they offered Keto options. The first two orders had at least 5 Keto menu options since then it's dropped to only three options which is very disappointing. I would have hoped the variety would have increased not decreased. I will probably unsubscribe for that reason.

My experience was okay, not great. Seasoning was an issue. The pasta dishes I ordered were awful.

I appreciate feedback however not sure what to do next.
What kind of information do you need from me and will I receive the credit on my visa?

My first order arrived today and only 1 meal that I ordered was right.
I am waiting for a refund which I hope i will receive. If I order again hopefully there will be no mistakes.

I had become a widower on Oct.23/25 and I was concerned about my dinner meals. I had been in contact with Factor Canada since mid December/2025. I've enjoyed all of their meals since then. I've appreciated even more when Factor Canada introduced some sauce with their package meals. Highly recommend them.

I've been really happy with Factor meals overall. I like that the meals are balanced, made with whole-food ingredients, and make it much easier for me to hit my protein goals every day. As someone who tries to prioritize protein and healthy eating, having ready-to-eat meals on hand has been a huge time saver.

I also appreciate that you offer keto-friendly options, which gives me flexibility depending on my nutrition goals each week.

My only complaint is the price. While I think the quality is good, I wish the cost was a little lower so I could increase my box size. Right now, I mainly use Factor for my work lunches, but if the meals were more affordable, I would definitely order enough for dinners as well.

Overall, the convenience, nutrition, and variety make Factor a great meal service, especially for busy people focused on health and fitness.

The food is delicious, affordable and time saving. Plus, it gets delivered right at your doorstep, what more could you ask for!
