I had become a widower on Oct.23/25 and I was concerned about my dinner meals. I had been in contact with Factor Canada since mid December/2025. I've enjoyed all of their meals since then. I've appreciated even more when Factor Canada introduced some sauce with their package meals. Highly recommend them.

I've been really happy with Factor meals overall. I like that the meals are balanced, made with whole-food ingredients, and make it much easier for me to hit my protein goals every day. As someone who tries to prioritize protein and healthy eating, having ready-to-eat meals on hand has been a huge time saver.

I also appreciate that you offer keto-friendly options, which gives me flexibility depending on my nutrition goals each week.

My only complaint is the price. While I think the quality is good, I wish the cost was a little lower so I could increase my box size. Right now, I mainly use Factor for my work lunches, but if the meals were more affordable, I would definitely order enough for dinners as well.

Overall, the convenience, nutrition, and variety make Factor a great meal service, especially for busy people focused on health and fitness.

The food is delicious, affordable and time saving. Plus, it gets delivered right at your doorstep, what more could you ask for!

I use this service as I deal with chronic pain and fatigue everyday, so it is very difficult for me to do meal prep. This concept is amazing and so many high quality and delicious meal options! I'm finally eating healthy homemade meals everyday now!!!

Haven’t been getting Factor meals for very long but my son started them for me after I was in hospital sick to help make things easier for me. My son had previously received Factor meals and was very happy with them. I have been very happy with everything to do with Factor. I have found the menu easy to pick from, delivery prompt and when expected and most of all meals delicious with through instructions for opening and heating. Very happy with our choice for order Factor.

The food is great & convenient. Amazing flavors & lots of variety to choose from.
I order the Pulled BBQ chicken with Mac & Cheese, my constructive feedback is that the cheese sticks to the plastic, you loose a fair amount of it.

I chose Factor because it's easy to use, has a large variety of meals, and the price is right. The food is great and Factor has helped me break my horrible fast food habit.

Delicious and filling meals. There are so many options and so convenient for a busy lifestyle. I first started getting these when recuperating from an injury and it was less expensive and healthier than meal delivery service from local restaurants.

I like ordering factor for my work lunches. It takes the stress off making sure I have something to pack. I know it's healthy and will fuel my body appropriately through the shift. All my co workers ask what I'm eating when I heat it in the lunchroom.

I tried Factor meals because I lost my husband and didn't want to cook for myself. I didn't know what to expect; however, I am so pleased that I tried it. The meals are tasty and filling and they take just minutes to get on the plate. There are many choices of dishes and I have quickly found my favourites! Factor saves me so much time and effort...I love it and will continue to order!

The food is dietitian approved, super yummy, and it removes chores of picking groceries, making a meal, and cleaning up afterwards. It's very convenient.

The meals are fresh and delicious. Website is easy to navigate and you recieve shipment updates. Super.

The food is fantastic every meal is top notch. Shipping is great and i was worried about food sitting outside until i got home but to my surprize it was packaged great and ice packs were still half frozen. I cant wait to try next meal.

The food is good but way too expensive compared to other food delivery services I used. I received discounts and free items as promotions. I will have to stop the service just not reasonable.

The experience has been simply amazing. I love how easy it is to navigate the website, how I can change my meal options through the settings to fit each week as it comes. I have the option to skip a week or reduce my meals or even increase it the week after. Just absolutely love the flexibility they offer. The company is providing a healthy meal service that delivers on time, quality and creative meals that are absolutely delicious. I hope they will continue to offer such an essential service to all the hard working people out there who after a long day want to come home and have a great meal and not stress or go hungry because they don't have the time or energy to prepare a healthy meal for themselves.

Generally good choices, but I do find that the meals do have too much black pepper. Delivery is good, but if I order only 4 meals per week the meals become quite pricey.

So far so good. Going week by week.

After my negative review, Factormeals reached out and made things right. It is too bad it took a negative review for them to fix their mistake. I am bumping my review up to 3 stars as they ultimately did make things right.


I received a $10 off Benefit on Breakfast or Beverage Add-ons. I go ahead a select the add-on, and I get charged full price for the item. I complain to them, they say try next week. I try again with the same result. I complain, they say try again next week. Is this not predatory behaviour? Bait & Switch maybe?

Great selection, very tasty, the portions are a perfect size. The site is very user friendly, just very important to keep track of orders and deliveries. Delivery is consistent and on time. Lots of packaging but necessary, it would be perfect if we could send back our used box with the following delivery…maybe eventually.

Recently the wrong meals were delivered to me. The customer support team was very friendly and helpful in providing me a credit for the incorrect meals. I am extremely grateful for this. Thankyou for the delicious options you provide and for the great delivery service!
