A great thing for the single person
I have been doing these meals since last early 2025. I have lost weight, my sleep has improved and I feel better. I lost my spouse in 2024 and found it hard to cook healthy meals for one. I started Factor to help make things better and easier for me. It has been a game changer for me.

Delivery couriers NEVER listen to…
Delivery couriers NEVER listen to instructions. Mandatory Saturday deliveries which allows extra days for food to go bad. Give people options on what day they want their food to be delivered so it can last what they want. And NO flexibility to change adjust your order. You need to select your order like 2 weeks ahead!!

Good for Crunch Time, Too $$$ for the Long Haul
I appreciate the meal delivery options, and feel your menu stays fairly well diversified, which I appreciate.
I chose the 3/5 stars since adjusting my delivery date was not very flexible. I also think the pricing is too high for me long term but feel the quality of food is relatively good and a bit healthier since it's the price of eating out is comparable to a fast food meal.
I would like more specific feedback requests, week-to-week. One of my meals had only 2 pieces of zucchini for my full vegetable serving when I opened the dish! I get there is supply chain error, but would have liked to know where/how to report it.

They seriously need to start listening…
They seriously need to start listening to their customers. I made it very clear from the beginning that I do NOT want spicy food, and yet both meals I ate today were extremely spicy. That’s not a small mistake—that’s completely ignoring a basic preference.
I hate spicy food, and this ruined both of my meals. Now I’m left wondering what I should expect from the rest of my order, considering I made the mistake of ordering 14 meals. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something(not a small amount) and not be able to eat it because you couldn’t follow a simple instruction.
This needs to be fixed.

The meals are fairly good
The meals are fairly good, although alot of ingredients I don't eat and some I have never heard of. The shelf life needs to be longer, I have actually thrown some out because of the date. I actually would like to discontinued my subscription, don't feel like beneficial to me. Thank you

This company is great. Their site is easy to use. No problem signing up,skipping weeks or even cancelling. The food is great tasting, awesome variety. Delivered on time and fresh. If you order from them, take a few extra minutes and plate your food. This food deserves a plate and you will be amazed at what you are eating.
