Customer Service Officer Esraa promptly attended to my query with empathy, patience and care, provided information I asked for and more - she exceeded my expectations and put my doubts to rest, such that I look forward to participating in 'How to Tone your Face in 6 weeks', equipped with necessary tools and information needed for a more wholesome and fruitful experience. Being inclusive, providing personalized service, with attention to detail, anticipated my needs and putting doubts at rest is reflective of Values and character of FYM, Fumiko, Support Team and what they are about. Serving, speaking from personal experience, to make it more real and genuine to those who attend sessions. I am experiencing this now and look forward to more, definitely spreading the word for others to share in this journey as well, because we are deserving of it. I bought the 19$ program and asked for a refund. They promised a 7day money back guarantee but didn’t reply to my mails after I contacted them!!!!!!! But still kept sending me mails to enroll in another 100$ course!! The program didn’t teach me anything new, on their YouTube channel I could find more helpful information.

I bought a small course. I didn't find the access as I didn't get the emails, but the emails had been sent (but my provider doesn't even let them come to my spam folder). When I asked, I got a very friendly and helpful reply at once explaining everything. The course was easy and helpful to make a face yoga routine. The teachers are full of experience.

Yesterday, I sent a message to Customer Service about my new subscription for TFY Collagen Powder. I couldn't find my subscription confirmation and it had been awhile since I sent in my order. Once my representative took control, she was able to give me details of the transaction and when it was mailed and delivered to me. As a matter of fact, my order arrived the same day of my inquiry.

After subscribing for the monthly Mastery class, I decided to cancel my subscription mid-month because I wanted the possibility of changing my subscription before paying again. To my surprise, the subscription stopped and access was denied the moment I cancelled. I had presumed it would continue for the whole of the month that I had paid for. I sent a message to customer support and within a few days, I received a message back saying that not only was my subscription active again until the end of the month, but that I would receive 2 weeks free. I was impressed by the customer service and am really happy to continue practising the classes.

My query was quickly and efficiently resolved. The young lady dealing with my query was polite and a joy.

It's really professionally set up and the years of experience Fumika has really shows through in the amount of detail and options within it. A great mix of courses, options and live classes which help keep you moving and progressing. In 2 weeks, I can already see that my posture is better, I have a new awareness of my face and how I use it and people on Zoom are telling me how well I look! I also had a query regarding courses and payment options and was sent a really nice, personal mail!

Hello! I Had a problem With the studio because I couldn ’t get the replays. I contacted the support and explained how it was a problem for me. I received a response saying my problem would be taking care off in less than 48 hours and 24 hours later Airis gave me a first answer. She asked me a few questions, the next day I had my answer and the problem was solved. Thank you for listening to my problems, being friendly and answering it!! The support team is as friendly as Fumiko and all the teachers !!! Thank you very much!! I am happy to be a face yogi!!!

i enjoyed my first course and it was helpful but was very disappointed when they stopped lifetime access to courses after that. I am a visual learner and I need to continue to watch while I do it so the courses are no longer of use to me.

A recent experience with the moderator on their FB group has caused me to question how comments are being censured and it has undermined my trust in FYM because of it.

On the plus side I contacted FYM by email and their customer service agent Airis was excellent. She has been very responsive and understanding and I have given an extra star to reflect that.

I contacted Arias' co by mistake and she very patiently and kindly guided me to where I needed to be and links when possible, all is working out for the best between my bank and the Correct Co :-) Excellent Customer Service from Face Yoga. Thank you!

The Face Yoga Method is Amazing!

Because of the time difference I had to watch the replays. This was very convenient. I have a very busy life and now I could watch when it suited me best.
The teachers are very knowledgeable.
The poses are explained clearly and are easy to follow. I did see results after a few days and I am 69 years old!
In short, I love it and I can recommend this to everyone, regardless your age

Super helpful staff, quick response and answered my questions fully. I'm just starting out, but the initial response makes me feel confident that they care about what they do and they will be there to answer any questions as I work through the programme.

I have been following, purchasing from, and using the Face Yoga Method for years, and I feel such a personal connection with them. I received an email a couple of days ago with a gentle encouragement to focus on and include more gratitude in our daily life, along with the encouragement to do a single exercise that was basic and foundational. It was just what I needed that day. Their emails are so relatable and so conversational, they feel like they're coming from a friend. The ultimate focus is on the face, of course, but their emails, videos, and demos often touch on other aspects of life (which our face is a big part of :). I really appreciate their perspective, guidance, and fantastic exercises. Definitely worth checking out.
