Being part of the 2024 TCC programme was a great experience. Even though I am out of timezone I was able to make some live sessions but otherwise it was recorded workshops. Being part of the TCC Facebook community was awesome and so supportive and encouraging. I did things I have never done before such as filming myself and going live on Facebook. I am now used to these things and have started my in person classes 2 weeks ago. I look forward to staying in touch with everyone continuing to support and encourage each other.

I received my Face Yoga certification from here and I am a mastery member. The Face Yoga Method provides a holistic practice and all teachers are supportive and committed.

Face Yoga Method's TCC program is the most comprehensive and complete Face Yoga training you will find. There is all the support you could possible want and all the resources that you could ever need. In 6 months it prepared me not only to teach, but how to start my own business and it also changed my whole mindset, giving me so much confidence in myself. And when the course finishes, they don't just leave you hanging, you have continued support, and you are part of an amazing community of people who are all supportive of each other. It is truly a life changing experience.

On signing up for the new platform, I made a typo error on my email, which meant I couldn’t find my programs and couldn’t sign up for anything else. I contacted Silvina Martinez and she was so prompt at coming back to me with advice on how to correct the error. I ordered the $18 program only to find that more than $30 have been withdrawn from my credit card account. I reached out and no answer!
I forgot my password, tried to reset it 5 times but the reset emails never reached my inbox! I sent 2 emails comaining and still no answer. Now, I do not have access to the videos I have and I am terribly upset!!
I filled out a review, which I received after buying the program showing how upset I was and still no one even bothered to contact me!
What kind of customer service is that?!!!

I purchased the eBook for Face Yoga back in 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Recently, I changed laptops and realized my copy of the eBook was not on my new laptop. I reached out to the Face Yoga team and was immediately helped. Esraa responded in a warm and friendly way and shared the link to access the eBook. Thank you so much for quick and helpful support!

Experienced and qualified teachers who coach you well.

It is important to keep reminding people to take care of themselves in and out!
I found the Face yoga team to be really good doing that and is a great loving, caring community!

I subscribed to the 5-day Goodbye Double Chin Challenge. It cost me £43. This did not turn out to be value for money. You have access to five recorded videos which are replays of previous live sessions. When listening it's very confusing where you download before and after photos, if you have access to the bonus session which is mentioned frequently (you don't) etc. The teachers are likeable and the content is pretty good, but there is a lot of explanation chat with each video, which is fine for the initial viewing but then when you wish to repeat the routine, you need to listen to it in its entirety again. I feel for over £40 you should be getting more for your money - videos that have been recorded especially for this program (not replays of previous live sessions) and a video offering a complete routine at the end without the lengthy chat - which you can use going forward. If felt like an introductory experience to try and get you to sign up for the mastery program, which I won't be doing because I've come away feeling a little ripped off. I did raise this with them, but twice they have told me that consistency is key to success (which is not the issue I raised - I am aware and didn't expect results after 5 days). They've not really listened or tried to understand why the content might be disappointing as a user.

The lovely woman who responded to my plea for help answered promptly. When I asked for more help, she searched and found out that my request could indeed work out. In other words, I not only got what I needed/asked for, but had a very pleasant experience too.

I have enrolled in a couple of programs. They offer a wealth of information and are very good at explaining. What impresses me the most is what I perceive as genuine interest and caring for the participants. Recently I needed to contact the support option for 2 different reasons. My requests were immediately recognized letting me know they were received. And within a VERY short time frame, they were resolved. The responses from FaceYoga were personal and reflected their commitment to their community. For that, I am truly impressed and grateful.

I am so happy to have FYM as a huge part of my life!!! It’s given me a balance in my everyday life and of cause a better looking face 😉
