Inconvinent platform, and client loads very slowly. I have powerfull PC and good internet connection (Steam loads immediately)

Admins dont look at tickets and give propper reply. Even if youre premium legend tier. These admins ruin the platform. The biggest issue with faceit lay with the admins!

FACEIT, problem with smurfs every 1/3 match. The balance between teams are often unbalanced you have to carry hard or take the IGL role just to have a chance at winning when solo Quing. I payed for better matches and I do not see them at all, boosted players come by often or they bought their account. I lost 10 matches in a row and i dont think thats a skill issue in my eyes. I have 7000h and playing at 2000-2300 elo atm. The community is even more toxic then in premiere and people give up after one round into the game and start trolling. I can see why people switch to premeire.

But in fairness I have not come by any cheaters i know of recently in my matches.

The quality of the players are still better then in premiere, they have more knowledge then regular players.

I understand that there is no quick fix to this issue but I think the ranking system needs to be fixed in some way.

I think smurfing should be punished even harder and trolling should be a zero tolerance for because faceit is a more serious platform to play on so get rid with the trolls please.

Unplayable platform on solo without premium,even then you will get only toxic behavior players . But without premium you will play against smurfs every match , and i`m old on platform with 6k matches . They are forcing you to buy premium to play on veteran,else you will play with 4 other foreign party without info against new accounts . They have a verify system but is a joke . I play every day against players using other accounts from innternet caffe . Anticheat is also a joke . Yes , play on faceit if you want toxicity,smurfs and cheaters . And also ping abusers that have premium and play on their country side server . So yes , play with 70 ms against 5 ms smurfers with a troll team 4 albanian paarty no english speakers just scream in their language .HF

The fast response of the faceit administration support they literally responded within 15 minjtes and helped me with my problem

They didn't solve my issue just copy paste some bs don't read my problem with connecting to their server

got back to me in 10 minutes and removed my cooldown

Juliette is not trying to help me at all. I am a premium user and the matchroom won't show to me when I have one active. I have been trying to contact support for a week and Juliette keeps saying they do not recognize my nick name. I sent screenshots of every kind of my account information and still facing the same issue. It's been one week that I am not able to play faceit.

Literally unplayable, got 2 trollers in the team back to Back, reported and support didn’t do nothing. Stay far far away from faceit

admin are under impression that there are no cheaters/very little on face it, i will say something now premium today has been the worst experience of any game i have played, people with aimbot and wallhacks and smurfing all over it i have lost 7 out of 8 games because of it. i am a nearly a 15 year veteran on cs. LEM on csgo and i am stuck at lvl 3-4 because of the cheating and smurfing on face it. very bad experience and a complete waste of money!
