big problem to reach more stronger elo when u had 5 time in a row boosted team who play for stats and dont speak in voise

9/10 games someone lefts so the timeouts start.
Their client is bugged, when i accepted a match i got a popup "new client availble" Didnt work to update that popup was still there. Tryed over 10 times and it didnt work. Results = I got banned.

A completely disgraceful platform. CS2 Premier's kernel anti-cheat version. Not a clean platform you can grind on. Soft aimbot. Rage WH. Even people using straight-up rage cheats are there. You check their stats, straight autoflagged player. He literally joined my team, I reported him and he's still not banned. But he can still play on this platform. Players using stack wallhacks. They know exactly where you are and 4 people peek the same spot. Players with 80-90 aim rating but 600-700ms TTD and 600 hours playtime. What does that even mean? Aim as good as the top players but reflexes and ttd like a nova rank. These guys are obviously wallhack or soft aimbot users. Zero game sense, tracking, crosshair placement. They all thrive super comfortably on this platform. If you go on a win streak, you're screwed. You start running into way more soft aimbots and wallhackers who don't even hide their cheats. When you call them out in-game, they go "I have thousands of dollars in skins on my account, why would I cheat?" XD What a comedy. No matter how good, medaled, clean, 5000-10000 hour legit account you have. You only face accounts with 2 matches played, profile never taken off private even once, no medals, obviously bought accounts, cheating accounts. Hell, I checked the Faceit profile of that cheater who was top 1 in last Premier out of curiosity. Banned? Nah, of course not, and he's grinded up to 2000 ELO on top XD. No idea what Faceit is doing about this. Probably still doing PR off cheaters lol hahah. Long story short, not as clean as people think and currently in a total disgraceful state.

Well I'll start with matchmaking. Its a lot better than the ingame options, still has toxic teammates, but you can meet them anywhere nowadays. Talking about FACEIT Support, I really want to say some warm words, its really good. I got multiple remporary cooldowns removed (literally today, they answered in 5 minutes or so), because I had problems what weren't on my shoulders (WiFi unstability that was caused by DDoS attacks on the servers). I want to thank the Support team for understanding and how quick they solve issues.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Got banned for typing “ 1 kebab please” and then there was a dude on the other team, that apparently hooks up with the admins. Got a ban for a week, because of toxicity. And they can’t event explain what’s toxic in the sentence, and it doesn’t interfere with their guidelines. Stupid ass support, useless

I’m a FACEIT Premium user and my subscription is expiring soon, but my experience with support has been extremely disappointing.

I had an old second account that I hadn’t actively used for about 1 year. To stay compliant, I opened a support ticket asking to close the inactive account because my goal is to have only one account. Instead of getting clear guidance or a proper solution, I received a smurfing ban while I was waiting for support to help.

What makes it worse is the support communication: I keep receiving the same template-like replies that don’t address my specific questions. I’m not asking for anti-cheat methods, but I do expect basic transparency when a serious ban is applied. I requested the evidence category and timeframe that triggered the ban (linked accounts / detection criteria type / dates), but no concrete details have been shared with me so far.

This creates a bad incentive: trying to do the right thing (closing an unused account) should not result in punishment, and Premium should not feel like “the same automated replies, just faster.”

I had technical issues when starting cs2. There was time left when I loaded into the game but due to my shaders freezing I was kicked. Which resulted in me being banned for 8 hours. I reach out to support and they were incredibly efficient in getting back to me and removing my ban. I really appreciated this.

So bad support cant delete my account some ai bots answering shit that i have multiple tickets but i dont.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst platform ever with unplayable AI Robots on my team every game. How does level 4 csgo players suddenly have +3k elos? What is this?
