I would strongly advise against buying from Fabulove. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. After placing an order, I encountered issues and tried multiple times to contact their customer service, but they simply do not respond to emails at all.
There is a complete lack of communication and support, which makes the whole experience feel like a scam. When a company takes your money but ignores all attempts to resolve problems, it raises serious concerns about their legitimacy and customer care.
I would not recommend Fabulove to anyone. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere with a brand that actually values its customers and provides proper support.

It is super cute. I love how it turned out but the only thing I do not like is how the band is. It keeps getting caught in everything I do. It’s definitely hard for me to wear since it’s getting caught. Now clearly that’s not the companies fault, it’s just not practical for my lifestyle so I won’t be able to wear it as much as I planned

I ordered rush order and it took two months. I payed and send in two pictures and received one. I wore it one day and it tarnished. I emailed more than 3 times and I didn’t get a response.

If the product would have arrived in the 8-12 days I was shown on the product page for the shipping I would have received it in time for international women's day and gift it to my wife. But it arrived a week later.

Do not buy into the fake reviews on here. SCAM company, ordered the ‘museum of us’ for my partner and ordered ‘rush my order’ as an extra. The order took about 8 weeks to arrive, no contact after I told them to cancel my order and they then waited until I could no longer cancel to then tell me I can’t get any refunds.

Item arrived absolutely terrible quality and to top it all off it was a DIY kit and not anything as described.

Do not order from here as you will just lose your money as I have.

Great item! Such good quality and better than I expected. Nice and sturdy I think it will last for a really long time. Shipping does take so time so you have to be patient but it’s so worth the wait!

The quality of the item I ordered was great, and I enjoyed assembling it like pieces of Lego. It was a gift to my partner and she is very happy with it. Only thing that bummed me out was the waiting time, but I do understand how things can take a while to arrive, especially from another country. Overall, very happy :)

ordered a pearl necklace for my daughter to give her mother - arrived with a big knot in it - unable to get it unknotted. e-mailed them the same day it arrived for there support e-mail box to bounce as its full tried for past 9 days still the same - used online help support page and they havent responded - now having to do a chargeback! avoid! very poor service and quality of product!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been waiting over a MONTH for my package. The shipping label has said “info received” for a month now. I have emailed customer support three times and the delivery company but no response, nor tracking update. I just emailed for fourth time and it says the fabulove support email is FULL, the email is FULL. absolutely ridiculous especially when I purchased shipping protection, all I want is a refund.

I have placed the order with express shipping but there is no tracking of order. I am constantly emailing and reaching out to the company on Instagram handle as well but there is no reply. Please avoid this company.

I liked my pearl necklace, the oyster it was a little smaller than expected.
It took about 10 days to arrive after ordered which was good , it was worth the wait ,,a lovely pearl inside and the holder and chain was attractive too, a good purchase, very happy
