The initials on the ring were slightly off centered and the ring is smaller than I imaged but other than that everything was great! Shipping definitely took a little time but nothing crazy.

Perfect, quality was great and picture was clear on the locket I got my wife for Mother's Day. Highly recommend!

Paid extra for sooner shipping, no order update to be found. I emailed the company twice, no answer. Worst company ever! I don't reconmend buying anything from them, unless you like waiting for days with no shipment update and no response from customer service, or if they even have one

I one ordered a product from this company and i did take a while to get to my address despite the "rush my order" which cost extra money. I then was very happy with the product initially but then not even being a week this promise ring I bought which is described as "tarnish resistant" "sweat, water resistant". And I am trying to reach out to the company to receive a refund and I have no contact, no email replies which they tell you to do as their phone line isn't working either. Almost feels like getting avoided or theres no real customer service.

At first I thought the website was a scam but so gladddd it’s actually real . I ordered a locket ring with my dogs name engraved on it & his picture inside the locket. It’s such a sweet ring to keep him with me even though he’s in doggy heaven now. Would recommend 10/10

Firstly, they do not allow their 1 star reviews to be posted on their website. so don’t trust the reviews on their website. I ordered a locket ring that is “waterproof” and “guaranteed to last a lifetime” .. I ordered this to wear after I lost my son. The gold has tarnished and faded and is not gold anymore and the picture in the locket is gone. I am so mad! I tried to write a review on their website but they filter their reviews and don’t allow bad ones to get posted

Have not opened as yet as it is a gift.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. It’s been over 2 months since I’ve placed my order, and the tracking says it’s going from my location to another province?? Nothing’s changing and customer service has been no help. Placed my order Feb 28th. Still have not received it.
