Your web site is awful

Your web site is awful! A real pain. Very slow response, I'm always clicking on things I didn't want, because they popped up after I clicked, but the click went to the pop-up, etc. I hate your web site. So difficult to order anything.

I tried to take care of this in the chat. they were extremely nice and helpful but the time limit for responces is way to short,got to the credit card number andwas sent back to start. the on phone young man handle the issue promptly.
