I like your shorts. I hate subscription models. your site makes it very difficult to make one time purchases. I'm sure it's by design but it sucks.

I have long legs, all the size tall in styles I like were sold out. When I have a vip credit and can not use it for sale items it is just wrong. You took my money and I should be able to use it on any item at your sale price.

Fabletics is one of the few brands that feels like it’s built for people, not just profit. In an industry usually driven by the bottom line, their focus on community and accessibility shows they care about the customer as much as the business. It’s refreshing to support a company that has a genuine 'people-first' heart.

I love your product but you advertise a sale but it is not on all colors. this is frustating. The one jogger is my favorite but they were not all $25 today. The black and navy blue went back to $74

Not sure why they’re still charging a tariff fee to customers when the tariffs have been struck down by the court.

Obviously gauged prices to make it look like you get a bigger discount, just not very honest. Obnoxious amount of ads both internal and from 3rd party advertisers during the purchase process that make it a terrible experience. Great for the initial discounts, but most likely would not buy from here again.

I got the one hour VIP deal for volunteering with my hospital for a fundraising event. I really like how Fabletics partners with healthcare facilities and healthcare workers. That’s very appreciating to have a company stand by its scrub promise, I also really liked the deal considering how expensive scrubs can be. What upset me was at checkout I couldn’t pay until I then agreed to the monthly subscription which I didn’t want to. I would rather have made a one time purchase. I don’t like to pay for clothing subscriptions because I don’t like stockpile clothes and only buy when needed. The print said you can cancel membership at anytime via call or online chat so I will see how that goes. However it feels trapping to get a good deal for only an hour and then be forced into a monthly subscription you didn’t want. If after my purchase canceling membership is as easy as the say this review would truly be a 5/5 stars.

I loved it very much

As a longtime member it is disappointing to find out that items are made available for new members only. I had to browse as a guest to get desired items in a variety of colors and sizes that were not available for me to purchase once I logged in.

Your pricing is not transparent. You display a price when viewing the product. You add a “tariff” for each item equal to 20% of the item. I will be canceling my membership

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE -- UNSECURE DATA SYSTEM! Fabeletics got hacked and my phone number and data was shared with who knows. Now, I get about 3-4 spam calls a day w/ voicemails. And they DON'T STOP!

Worst of all, they have provided no additional support to make this stop. I tried replying to the email sharing this info, only to find an automated message saying they don't support email as a support channel. I've unsuccessful getting through by phone

The VIP credit system is misleading. You pay around $60–$70 per credit, but many of the items you can redeem for a credit are clearly not worth that amount. Basic bundles are labeled as $100+ value, but the real market price don’t match that at all. It feels like the pricing is inflated to make the credit seem like a deal when it’s not. I wouldn’t recommend the membership.

I absolutely love Fabletics! I’ve been a member for years now and highly recommend to anyone that wants great quality, design, pricing, and clothes that last a very long time. I still have my very first sports bra and leggings set from 7 years ago. I get compliments on how great the leggings look on me everytime I wear them!
