I think this is over priced. Whomever packed my box didn't care at all. 1 item arrived broken. It took a few emails to gwt a $13 refund. Will not buy again. The items were ok.

FabFitFun annual subscription was a gift for my birthday. I have been loving the experience. I love that I can choose what I want in my box each quarter. There are some fantastic choices. The choices sometimes are not right for me but that's okay because I can take credit and choose something from another category. My favorite part about FabFitFun is the community section. It's so fun gossiping and guessing, sharing pics of everything from product to pets. I particularly enjoy the sleuthing chat. It's also great watching unboxing videos on YouTube as well as sneak peaks on IG. I would, definitely, and have recommended FFF to friends, family and acquaintances.

FFF focuses more on the Fun aspect. You get to try out new things or get quality items you’re already familiar with at a good price. I’ll sometimes choose an item for the purpose of giving it to a family member or friend as a gift. Early in the program, the boxes began to have a lot of the same types of items (facial and eye creams, bath/shower products, not much variety) so I cancelled my membership. FFF took the feedback seriously and the boxes began to change and include a wide variety of items. I’ve been a member for years now and look forward to the next box!

I bought a year membership to this program and was perfectly happy with it up until I started receiving product that was not quite as it was represented or product that was old and not very useful but because it wasn’t very much money I didn’t complain. One of the last purchases I made was an item that I paid an extra $16 for plus shipping and when it came, it was not as it was described or as the picture represented, and it was unusable for what I needed it for. So I asked for a refund for that and I was turned down flat out sorry no refund for that. I sent them a picture. I sent them several emails. They took weeks to make that decision and when they did, I told them I’m done so I canceled my membership and I would caution anyone away from a company that does not stand behind its product that does not respect the loyalty of its customers and by then I mean, I spent hundreds of dollars with them and they could not refund me a lousy $16!!! shame on them! Before warned, it will never be worth the money you spend to do business with them, and it certainly will never be worth the aggravation!!!

Fraudulent like behaviour. Terrible customer service.
Went to reactivate my subscription after 5 years and once I did there was very little options left but I wasn’t able to immediately unsubscribe or go back. So I didn’t update my credit card so it would get declined and not ship. They CHARGED my card anyways without consent - using a credit card updater(who knew this was even a thing let along legal) . They informed me even if I refuse it at the post office they will not refund any money.
Such a dishonest, greedy company. Stay clear.
Never have I had a company so desperate that they find a way to charge expired cards without permission and refuse customers the opportunity to back out when they are not offering the 75% of the products advertised.

Well I didn't get far enough with fabfit fun to actually get anything from them. I had just signed up went through all of their survey questionnaire things and started picking the items for my box. Most of the choices weren't even good choices and weren't things that I would like anyway. And the only sizing for clothes they offered was plus size which does not fit me. And then when I went to the chat to try and get help with that I spent over an hour. I had one person that came on the chat was extremely slow in responding and then said she thought I wasn't responding anymore and that I was gone and ended the chat which I have a screenshot showing when I had last sent a message when she said I was slow and when she ended the chat. None of what she said was true she just didn't feel like dealing with it anymore. Then I had to get in the queue in order to continue to chat so I could cancel. And then the cancellation you got to give them reasons?! Really?! The reason is you have crappy crappy customer service! And I plan on letting everyone that I can think of no just what I had to deal with.

I have been happy with nearly every single item I have been able to choose for my subscription boxes, and the discounts and subscription opportunities are such a great bonus! Customer service is excellent, and always polite and professional. I'm very happy with FabFitFun!

UPDATE:
Paypal ruled in my favor and forced Fabfitfun to refund my entire purchase amount.
So, if you are unhappy with your Fabfitfun purchase because the items are just junk, send them multiple emails to ask for a refund, keep copies of those emails, file a dispute with Paypal. Fabfitfun will try to deceive you, promising a refund if you close your Paypal dispute. Don't do it! Keep emailing Fabfitfun to continue to ask for a refund and provide Paypal with dates and screenshots of your emails. Paypal will support you and rule in your favor and force Fabfitfun to refund your money!!!
FabFitFun has lost multiple class action lawsuits for fraud. Please look it up! Do not purchase from FabFitFun or you will deeply regret. The products are junk. FabFitFun pays a lot of influencers to do marketing of their junk products and it is really easy to give into impulse buying. FabFitFun will NOT refund your money. Again, do some google search and you will learn that many, many consumers report the same difficulties in trying to get a refund.
But persist and you will prevail over the FabFitFun fraudsters!
1) File a Paypal dispute and keep it open! The FabFitFun fraudsters will do anything they can to get you to drop the Paypal disputes. Don't fall for it. Keep the Paypal dispute open!
2) File a fraud complaint against FabFitFun with the Federal Trade Commission if you have not received your purchase within 30 days of them taking your money. FabFitFun is BREAKING THE LAW if you have not received your products within 30 days of them taking your money. Hold them accountable and file a complaint at ReportFraud (dot) FTC (dot) gov

I am really upset with this latest box as I never received mine. The had it shipped through a non-traditional shipper courier who didn't deliver my package, didn't attempt a redeliver and then sent it back to FFF. FFF said most of my items were now out of stock, and I could choose from the remaining, and by the time I got a response ALL items were out of stick including my replenishment items. All that was offered was a credit to cover the extra replenishment items I purchased ($80+ worth) and $7....$7?! I immediately asked for a refund on those items as $7 does not make up for all of the issues caused. They offered to move this box to Summer of 2026...so I got NOTHING. Zero. For all of this hassle. Had to wait a certain period of time before it was marked as lost and they could attempt any resolve. I waited weeks and nothing. So though my box credit is moved to sometime next year, I didn't get any additional assistance in rectifying the situation to make up for not getting my package or getting any items in the mean time to make up for all the errors. I'm really disappointed in how it was handled. Especially since it was confirmed the box was being sent back to FFF - why couldn't they send that back out to me? With all my products that are not out of stock on FFF? That makes no sense. I still want my box and if they were getting it back in return I see no reason why it can't be shipped back out so I don't miss an entire season.

Good products, terrible shipping. You get quality products for a reasonable price, but FabFitFun's shipping partner is abysmal. Between inaccurate (and vastly overoptimistic) tracking and delayed and inaccurate deliveries, the frustration level is high.

they do help to resolve some issues unlike most companies. the products are great usually. i only wish in the 5$ bundles i would recieve coach jewelry and kate spade like others did. but its a mystery. maybe next time.

I ordered an additional seasonal box with additional choices, an add on from the sale and a subscription. So far I’ve only received the seasonal box that was minus one item of the seven. FabFitFun’s customer service haven’t given me a clear answer to where the additional choices, the add on, subscription and the seventh item are and when I can expect it.
FabFitFun has chosen to use a very subpar delivery service called SpeedX this Fall season.

This new delivery service is NOT working. It’s horrible. Says the package is out for delivery and does not come. I’m having the same experience again. I’m not ordering anymore. I don’t want to go through this shipping nightmare

This review is purely in regards to the company and box experience, the customer service team has been kind and helpful. I resubsribed to get specific items in the fall box and set my alarm to reserve these items as soon as the customization window opened. I was thrilled to reserve the items I wanted. Come time to receive the box it came with one category item(modern picnic lunch bag) missing and was given something else I didn't want(pumpkin salt and pepper shaker), not only did I not want it, it was missing part of it(those that selected this also got a cream and sugar set as well which was MIA). I just wanted the lunch bag replaced but now it's sold out. This lunch bag was part of the reason I got the box. I appreciate the customer service rep helping me find something else and I know they couldn't do anything else, I'm just frustrated that the bag I reserved is just simply gone without answers. I also have seen on reddit and the fff forum many other's have had a similar issue and the company hasn't reached out with an apology or anything to make people want to return. Without assurance this won't happen again I don't know if I want to continue my subscription for the winter box. It is beyond frustrating we have to be on top of the customization window to ensure our top choices don't sell out and do everything right on our end to then let FFF drop the ball.

Why ask me to select alternative options and then tell me they are not available AND THEN send me a list and those items are still on the available list. I'm literally getting nothing I requested on my original box customization and just want a damn refund at this point! So dissatisfied with the whole process.

My seasonal box never arrived, though an email said it was delivered. My cameras showed that nothing was delivered that day. I contacted FFF online support and the problem was solved. I now have my box. YAY! Thank you again.
