Annual box never arrived. Multiple deflect attempts from customer service. A replacement of my Elemis with a subpar product and still charged for it. Decreasing selections and repeats of old offerings. I did a few years and had fun with it initially, but I think I’m done.

Quality of boxes has been dropping. Three of the choices are now the same item, just different sizes. Customer service is non-existent. My December box was damaged during shipping and was turned around and returned to sender. I've reached out to customer service twice with absolutely no response. I will not be renewing my subscription when it runs out.

Excellent customer service. No questions asked. I mean you have to explain. But youare treated with kindness and respect. Louie for example, was the best for my situation, I was amazed by his well mannered positivity and utter kindness. Love Fabfitfun.

The boxes are not as full with items as they use to be. Not sure if I’m going to continue my subscription. Plus my recent fun box had an opened, possibly used, mascara stick!

Right after I purchased I started to customize my box. It stopped after the 3rd choice and now it says customizing is closed

I decided to renew my membership to Fab Fit Fun and I didn’t add the code that I needed to get the extra box and some other things that they offered. I called customer service and Lance took care of all my issues and questions. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly…just all-round amazing. It was a wonderful experience and I’m glad I’m decided to come back.

I did not get everything I ordered, was never notified, and was charged for what I did not receive. When I saw missing items I contacted customer service and was told there was nothing that could be done getting what I ordered and I asked to be issued credit. I was counting on what I ordered FFFas holiday gifts and never expected my order would not be fufilled. I am very disppointed!

I have the same experience as many of the other negative reviews. Poor customer service, different answers every time I write in. The company way oversells the value of what they are sending you and then uses the cheapest possible shipping service to send your item. For what is advertised as a “luxury mystery box” you get a really disappointing experience. Check reddit, reviews, etc before giving this company your money. I wish I had.

This company used to be trustworthy, but customer service has become their greatest flaw. They seem to spend their money and resources on marketing gimmicks, but when it comes to missing items, defective items, and items that are expired or obviously USED or not sealed, you may find absolutely no help. In addition, each CS rep (if they get back to you at ALL) offers a different solution—never money BACK, usually partial credit which to me, amounts to fraud because they hold your money hostage. My advice is to steer clear until they can get their quality and customer service back on track. I am canceling my final annual subscription.

I like that there are a lot of options regarding customization. I do feel like some of the options are cheap. I also had reached out regarding a product I purchased that was a different consistency than I've received in the past and my concern wasn't addressed. It makes me wonder if the products are expired or fake.

Signed up for annual membership with the incentive of a second free box which is great. But didn’t realize I couldn’t not choose those items so now I have double of most items. Not horrible but just something I wish would have been more clear before selecting the annual payment option.

I used to absolutely love this company! They had desirable products and I really felt valued as a customer. However in the last year there have been a plethora of instances where items are arriving broken or not even in the box to begin with and the amount of gaslighting we as customers receive from their customer service is wild, that is when you are able to actually reach someone and get a response. More often than not when customers ask for a replacement or refund due to missing/damaged items we are told it is somehow our fault and we should do better next time or that they cannot possibly give a refund, only a credit to spend more money on their site.
It makes me so sad to write a negative review because I really used to love this company, but this will likely be my last season.

I’ve been an annual member for several years now and would never end my subscription. It’s the best gift to myself. The value is great for the price and I get to try so many high end brands I would not just buy myself. Way worth it!

Fabfitfun has a great variety of good quality products at discounted prices. Some of my favorite things have come from FFF, I first joined in 2020. They also have a member forum that is informative and a great place for sharing ideas, photos, and spoilers.

They charged me for the first box before I even revived the started box. Refuses to refund me. Sent me the $80 box with four things in it. A cheap pair of sunglasses. A sleep eye cover. A heat protectant for hair( an unheard of brand) and a cheap bracelet. That’s their $80 annual box. And they refused to refund me the box when I requested before it shipped and before I even got the starter box to DECIDE if I even wanted the subscription. The starter box was about equal. NO ONE should waste their money on this. You have been warned . It’s BAD.

I have written the company a few times. My first box was missing three items which makes it super overpriced. No one has returned my messages. I cancelled my box over a month ago but have just recieved one and my card has been charged. I was a member a few years ago and it was great, now it seems to be mismanaged.
