Fab name with FAB service.
Initially I felt a bit apprehensive about ordering a large expensive appliance from a company in Italy. Fears unfounded. Communications were excellent. Order was dispatched on time, tracked from Italy to N.Ireland and delivered in first class condition ahead of estimated date. Prices including shipping charges were very competitive. Service was FAB!!

This sink is not suitable for…
This sink is not suitable for undermounting where I have a stone worktop. When wanting to return the item the company want me to pay return shipping to Italy which is at an astronomical cost.
Beware they have a phone number in the UK but say you have to return to Italy.
They also pretend not to understand English on the telephone and make the customer write to them instead of speaking. Do not buy from this company!!!!

We are sorry that you feel that your experience has not been positive.
We do have an UK based number (along with an Italian one) to facilitate communications, however our Italian address is clearly visible, you just need to scroll down to the footer, exactly like all the other websites. We also have a dedicated delivery information page where we explicitly state that all the shipments depart from our warehouse in Italy. Our address is also visible on the delivery slip and the invoice that it is sent to you straight after the order is placed.
As for the return address, this is also clearly mentioned in our Terms and Conditions which you have accepted unconditionally when placing the order.
When you called, our operator simply told you that we would send you all the information about the return process via email to have a written reference and reply to all of your questions.
Finally, we are sorry to hear that the sink is not suitable but we sent you exactly what you have ordered. We never denied you the possibility to return the item but since it was not our mistake, you should be responsible for the return.
