upgraded from A1 alarm to A3 home hub…

upgraded from A1 alarm to A3 home hub with lot of new sensors for 400euro only to find out its a waste of money because someone forgot to put a backup battery in the hub... omg also 4 types of sensors 4 types of battery... please use cr123 for all your products... it lasts and is common to get...

Unbelievable quality, even worked under floodwater

I've tried several makes of wifi cameras for a remote mooring before I found ezviz a couple of years ago. They are relatively easy to set up, the app is perfectly usable but the main thing is the cameras are amazingly robust for the value. I have an indoor camera set up outside (under the eaves) for the last 2 years and one of my outside cameras (a CRQ3W well over two years old), has recently been submerged by river floodwater for over 24 hours, it's come back online as soon as the water level dropped and is working perfectly, I'm amazed, thank you EZVIZ, We even have some underwater footage, unfortunately too muddy to see fish.

Cameras with missing parts

I would highly refrain from purchasing these camera devices from EZVIZ, as they are distributing products that lack embedded compartments for SD cards. I acquired a Micro SD card, which unfortunately fell directly to the bottom of the device. Although Amazon issued a refund, retrieving the costly SD card is impossible without damaging the device.

Doorbell waste of money

Purchased Doorbell approx 2 months ago initial set up was good and doorbell worked fine however after a week the battery died. I removed the doorbell to charge when refitting signal was lost and I have been unable to reconnect ever since. I contacted EZVIZ tech support via email and seem to get a reply within 48hours however, their advise has been repetitive and completely a waste of time “ reset device, remove device and re-add, move closer to router” I removed the device then struggled to add it back on the app doorbell, chime and router are within 1 meter of each other.
Expensive paper weight.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. I only purchased their security camera because it is a Which? recommendation but the 'service' from this company is unacceptable. One item I ordered was not in the delivery with the other items, but they refuse to respond to my emails. I contacted my bank and they refunded me the money instead. Beware!

Awful aftersales

Awful aftersales, really unhelpful, I would avoid at all costs. Completely uniterested in trying to resolve my problem with the camera.

Fantastic products

Fantastic products . Great company .part of hikvision group so they are quality and fit for purpose

Edited this company don't care about U if something goes wrong warranty from this company is a joke .it's impossible to get in touch with anyone to actually be able to claim on it .stick with a £300 robot

Edited again the company have replaced the product after much messing about .👍

Avoid, terrible customer experience

Avoid! The cameras didn’t reliably connect to the wifi. I requested a refund and to return the cameras. To date the company still hasn’t organised a return.

Security Cameras for 92 year old Mother.

Bought security cameras to install in my 92 year old mother’s bungalow so that we could keep an eye on her should we need to after coming out of 3 months in hospital. Set up at home using a 4G router as no landline broadband at mother’s house. easy to set up including auto tracking.
Just need to share with other family members so that they can keep an eye on mother if required.
