MINUS FIVE
Every step of the way this company let us down and we had world full of problems in an already stressful situation. We had to do most of the work and chasing up - we managed to get our sale through in the Nick of time as our buyers were fed up and ready to pull out of the sale. Almost one year on they are chasing us for money owed due to a mistake on their part as they got the completed financial statement wrong!!!! A disaster of a company - can not believe it is still trading given the reviews it gets. Only wish we had read them first.
Honestly, don't go there. Clearly they do not give a ****.
Thanks for your five 🌟 treatment ignorance and incompetence personified
Just over two years ago ezi conveyancing dealt with the purchase of an apartment for me unfortunately the deed of covenant was incorrect with the maintenance services solicitors.so instead of rectifying the problem they just chose to ignore it
I called on numerous occasions and spent a lot of time trying to explain the situation but unfortunately ezi conveyancing chose to ignore my plight and now I owe the maintenance services just over £2200 and cos they still haven't dealt with it the debt gets bigger every month
I entered into a contractual agreement with ezi conveyancing and fulfilled my obligations by paying the agreed fee but alas ezi haven't repaid their part and instead had my money and got me into a considerable amount of debt a massive thank you to all at ezi conveyancing , perhaps i should forward the letters I'm now receiving from a debt management company what are in the previous owners names on to you I'm sure you will do your utmost to ignore them and the previous owners are going to be delighted with you if their credit rating is compromised by this debacle
to all concerned at ezi conveyancing I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for your expertise
Quite frankly they should be reported …
Quite frankly they should be reported to the law society!! I thankfully am using a local solicitor who is just as frustrated with this company as I am. My poor buyer chose to use this company and is regretting it big time. Both her and myself are constantly having chase them up. They have asked questions that I have already answered on numerous occasions. Every time my solicitors try to call them they just go straight to voicemail. They treat their customers like we have all the time in the world to sit and wait for them to get off their backsides and progress with our sale. If my sale falls through then I will most definitely be in contact with the Law Society.
Never again!
Had to use this company as went through Purple Bricks when selling my property. However paying the odd £250, or whatever it was, to be able to choose my own solicitor would have been cheaper than the therapy I've needed to deal with the stress that this company has caused!!
In all seriousness, this company are terrible. I get the impression they take on too much and can't stay on top of their workloads.
Six months and counting....
An offer was made on my property in March this year. I am still waiting for the contracts to be exchanged
eNightmare Conveyancing
These people are the conveyancer for my seller. Ten weeks after agreeing terms (in May!), and several complaints and many chases later, we are still waiting for the very first piece of legal paperwork to arrive - a correct and accurate contract of sale. There are more than 17 outstanding questions, requests or things they've done wrong, and we have not had a property fixtures and fittings questionnaire. It will tell you all you need to know that eZie's "senior conveyancer" wrote to my solicitor this week, asking for: "your suggested draft wording for the contract", since it involves a leasehold and a freehold, and he did not know how to draft it himself. I have re-started viewings and if I find an alternative place to buy, eZie can explain to their client why the deal has fallen through (and I'll be supporting him to sue them if he chooses to do that).
moved 4 time by far the worse …
moved 4 time by far the worse conveyancers I have ever used, the solicitor was rude & aways seemed uninterested. I complained but nothing really happened it just put my relationship with the conveyancer on edge I finally exchanged 5 months ago & today I received a debt recovery letter from Purple Bricks third party finance company as my conveyancer forgot or intentionally did not pay the fee payable to them when I completed as he should have. I have asked them to sort this as i have paid for the service & they made this blunder - i will keep you posted on this review site
I can't even get the process of selling …
I can't even get the process of selling my parents house started as the email with the pack has not arrived after 4 attempts.... today I asked ezie customer service to email and post as I desperately need to sell this house and they can only email or post not both ...... so far so poor ...... I am dreading going through this process already .....
What a bad experience
What a bad experience, I had to use this company as I sold through Purplebricks so had no choice or I would have to pay Purplebricks fee upfront. If you wanted to defer it you had to use Ezie Conveyancing. I liked the EWay App which was easy to use, but apart from that it was a bad service. Not really bothered with progressing the case, as long as they did their bit now and then that's all that mattered to them. I had to chase people myself, like for management packs from the landlord and the council for reports. I had Jo as my conveyancer and she was quite rude on a number of occasions. I would not recommend and I would never use them again!

An Excellent Company to Deal With.
I used this company on the recommendation of Purple Bricks,
Danielle Wood handled what should have been a straightforward no chain sale of a vacant property, but which was turned into a total and utter nightmare by the buyer's solicitor's total incompetence.
She also dealt with it in a professional and friendly manner when other lesser mortals would have been shouting and throwing things round the office with frustration.
All communications were answered promptly, and any questions or concerns that I had were dealt with honestly and directly.
The company's rate's are very reasonable with nothing hidden, and I was kept up to speed with paperwork, billing etc through their easily accessible online portal.
I would definitely used them again, and it's a shame that I can only give this company five stars.
They don't even deserve 1 star
They don't even deserve 1 star, only 1/2 a star they are awful, terrible, and dragging our house sale on to the point we are worried our buyers will pull out..... It's been 14 weeks since we shook hands on the deal and because Purple Bricks recommended them we believed them as they did such a good job of selling our house in 3 days!!
It has got so bad we are in contact with the buyers keeping them updated, I am chasing forms and in touch with creditors and the land registry as I can never get hold of our conveyancer or even get any updates and when she does ring me I have already found out myself.
Things have been missed, things have not been done and now we are on hold because something that could have been done in January when we agreed to the sale has popped up at the end and is causing a big delay.
My complaint was 4 pages long and has gone in the post tonight, I still haven't sold my house and probably won't for another month. My advice, stay away from this company - if you sell your house with Purple Bricks then do yourself a favour and find a local solicitor do not use these people, the stress, anxiety and upset it has caused me has made me never want to buy or sell a house every again.
The company name says it all
Excellent service from start to finish from Ameera and her team. Very professional yet friendly. Constant updates and swift service. Portal very informative despite being a techno phobe. Once the initial forms have been completed and documents uploaded it's brilliant to see everything online. We sold our uk house from abroad in 6 weeks. Purple bricks and ezie conveyancing compliment eachother nicely. The fixed prices of both take the stress out of expecting a huge bill. Any additions to price is told throughout the process. Although buyers lawyers not so hot off the mark so it was good to keep in touch with the buyers personally. Thank-you David hawkes from purplebricks in swindon and Ameera Lunat from ezie conveyancing. And especially Hannah and Josh from her team. You all kept things as simple as possible and helped ease the stress out of selling our house.
Ryan Leech was amazing
Ryan Leech was amazing. Most thorough service I have ever used. Ryan actually chased me when I was late, this was refreshing. Our experience was top notch not sure how others have had such a bad experience.

Incompetent Beyond Belief
Like other reviewers, our experience was that they never called back and never chased anything up. If my buyer and I hadn't been talking to each other directly behind the solicitors' backs then the sale would probably never have gone through. Then they overcharged us by nearly £1000 in their final statement and we found out they had sent an incorrect version of the transfer document to the Land Registry. Now it's 8 months later and we're still trying to get the title register corrected. No complaints about Purplebricks and would cheerfully use them again
Excellent communication
I saw some of the bad reviews on here but I had fantastic service from Victoria at Ezie Conveyancing.
She kept me informed throughout and was really fantastic and supportive when my first buyer pulled out at point of exchange. Luckily, I sold again within a few weeks and wanted a quick sale. It all went through in around 6 weeks.
Obviously, it depends on who you get handling your case....So ask for Victoria Gee!
Excellent from start to finish
I had reservations about using ezie as had heard bad reviews but I can honestly say they have been amazing. My conveyancer Ameera has acted immediately from start to finish and kept me informed on everything throughout. My house was advertised on 24th Jan, sold on 25th Jan and contracts exchanged today - 24th Feb. I was overwhelmed at first by the tasks needing completion but after the initial ones it has been all plain sailing !! They have kept regular phone appointments with me to ensure I am kept up to date with the progress of my sale ! I really cannot praise or thank them enough .
Purplebricks Recommend I do not
Recommended to use one of this company's trading names by my estate agent, and it would appear they over charge for this recommendation. I was quoted a signigicantly lower figure by one of their other trading names online, and Im not sure what I got for the extra money!
Firstly my conveyancers gave me some incorrect information, which I enacted upon, then someone else in the office defended this information. I had to chase to resolve! Then I had complaints from my buyer that they were unable to contact them, and I had to agree with them having experienced the same.
If you are using Purplebricks, pay the extra and go elsewhere!
Shocking excuse of human beings!!!
It took Ezie conveyancing 4 and a half months to get a first time buyer to complete the purchase of our flat, almost breaking up the whole chain and causing stress and misery for everyone invloved. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Had the misfortune to be involved with these jokers
Absolute nightmare of a company .. would never buy a house through purple bricks who have recommended these plums... shocking communication, chasing chasing chasing all the time. Avoid if you want to retain your hair during buying a house.
Purple Bricks are great but eZie are not good at all
Firstly we were supposed to exchange on 23 December and complete on 4 Jan. I spent 23 December chasing my conveyancer for updates and eventually got a voicemail message saying she was away for Christmas - so it seemed there was no exchange and she hadn't bothered to tell me. Then after Christmas the vendor's conveyancer (also eZie) 'discovered' an outstanding charge against the property, despite the vendor's mortgage being paid off. They should have spotted this months ago, not when exchange was due. The vendor and I have spent the last week making calls to the land registry, the bank and others (with help from Purple Bricks, who have been great), and my conveyancer isn't actively trying to sort this out but just waiting till she hears from the other side. She sends emails to the other conveyancer rather than making phone calls to put pressure on them. The seller and I shouldn't be having to make these calls when we're paying eZie to do it. Still no sale and I'm surrounded by packing boxes. Won't be using them again.
