Terrible company. Paid 50% deposit in first week of July and until now no contact. Not even to pretend to set a date for installation.
Tried to contact many times by both email and phone and absolutely no response.
Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Fake company. Already 3 appointments passed but they never show up. As many have already reported, no telephone contact is possible.
Have asked for my money back several times but no response on my request. Will have to seek legal support now. Super annoying. Don't do business with these people.
Update - send email multiple times as asked by them, still no response or appointment being made. It’s a fraud company just trying to grab money from people.

We ordered few months ago for new solar panels. They kept changing the delivery date and finally agreed to deliver on 27/7/2023.However no one showed up today and no one is answering the call either.
This is the worst company to deal with .
OPGEPAST: OPLICHTERS
we paid the downpayment on 1 May 2023, they promised to install the panels on 6 June, however no one showup, it was very hard to reach them. After many attempts they gave another date as 10 July, and again no one showup to install the panels!
now it's impossible to reach them! seems like they are scammers!

A few months ago , I decided to install solar panels on my home to save money or my enegery bills.
After doing some research, I was contact by Elektaunie.
From the moment i contacted them, I was impressed with their professionalism and expertise.
They took the time to explain the entire process to me, Including the different types of solar penals and inverters available, how they work, and how much energy they could generate.
When it came time for the installation, the team arrived promptly and got to work right away.
They were courteous, respectful of my property, and worked efficiently to get the job done and cleaned up nicely.
After the installation was complete, they walked me through the application so i could see and monitor my functioning properly.
Overall, i had a great experience with the repressentative and installers.
They were knowledgeable, professional, and them to anyone looking the install solar panels on their home or business.
