Top class service from Simon. I have been wearing glasses since I was about 38 and I am now 84. Simon has been my optician for roughly three years and I have never experienced such professionalism before. He helped smooth the path for my referral for two cataract operations which meant that I now only need glasses for reading (supplied, of course, by Simon). When I clumsily managed to detach one of the lenses from the frame of my new specs Simon speedily solved the problem with a minimum of fuss. I should also add that he is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Simon was (as always) very professional, polite, timely & informative. I received a thorough eye examination including the use of ‘cutting edge’ optometrist technology to check the health of my eyes. Those results were visually shown to me and fully explained. Simon stocks a vast range of lovely frames and lens options and supported me in my decision making. Very happy indeed, great overall service and they should be with me in about a weeks time.
