Orders 2 Primus SIP gas bottles. Never received them or a refund. Contacted eXXpozed multiple times, but had no response.

I ordered a product from Exxpozed I received the product as they were not what I ordered. I returned the product and recieved an email confirmation of their return. I still have not received my money. I emailed them many times in regards to the matter, the only answer I got back was “ your request has been passed onto the financial dept”. Nothing else!!

Still no money

I tried to order a pair of shoes, but I changed my mind and I haven't been able to cancel my order (not paid yet) that is still on my account.
I tried to cancel my account but the website is very bad, some instruction are only in German.
Very poor website. I do not struggle to believe the bad reviews are trustable.

Do not buy here.
I've gotten stuff a couple of times. Everything is okay until you have a problem. Then your stuff and your money are gone.

I found a product that had sold out in the UK on the exxpozed website. After reading the reviews I was reluctant but bought it anyway.
The confirmation came through and the shoes were delivered the following week via UPS.
My experience was great.

Ordered a month ago and despite making payment they have emailed me to ask for further payment yet do not respond to any emails or phone calls - cannot get hold of customer service at all, still not received my order. Useless is an understatement - I have reported them

It has been 3 weeks since my order and I cannot get in contact with the company via phone or email. I have received a third of my order after 1.5 weeks. Another third I was told by automated email is no longer available, but I have yet to receive a refund. The remaining third has not shipped and the company will not respond to my emails. This is unacceptable. I intend to raise a complaint to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) & Verbraucherzentrale.

I has been asking for the refund for almost 2 years now. Be aware if you have to return the item, you might be like me!!

If I could, I would give 0 stars! NO response from them for weeks now, barely got an order confirmation e-mail, however it's been weeks that I have tried to reach them to know when my package will eventually be sent out.
Total scam, do not buy from them.

Bought item which was very well priced but through no fault of exxpozed item was faulty. Emailed them three times but never recieved a response. Contacted manufacturer and they will stand over item as exxpozed won’t respond to them either.

This website is a scam.

I have found a product I have been looking for in exxpozed.eu web-shop and the price was really good! I bought it without overthinking it, but then decided to check on its legitimacy and found all the bad reviews here. I thought I just got scammed, especially having such a low price. Checking I day later the order was with status "shipped" in my account, but there was no tracking number. I wrote to support and to my surprise got a reply couple of hours later with the tracking number. Four days later my order arrived! So pretty happy with my experience.

SCAM? I ordered some climbing gear on Black Friday. It never arrived, they never send tracking info or anything, yet on the website it is marked as delivered. It has been months since, and I sent them already three emails, and I got absolute silence. Never a reply. There is no phone number on the site. I don't know what to do.

Bought a pair of boots and made the bank transfer as requested. I initially asked could I pay via Paypal which you can on their website but stated no they do not accept paypal (which will be because I could have got my money back with paypal very easily). Asked them repeatedly to acknowledge receipt of payment (bank transfer) and sent them proof of the payment from my bank account didn't even open the email. They sent me another email for larger amount and different currency to pay, stating payment had not been received. Then they added the item as back in stock on their website and not sent me the boots and have not refunded my payment or even suggested they will do so. I emailed them and stated I was reporting them to Bavaria police using their website quite easy with the use of google translate. At that stage they read my email 6 times as I track them and they posted the boots which I received. Until my threat of legal action they had not even opened my previous email chasing up my order. Avoid this business

I returned a 150€ item (I had to pay 18€ for the courier).
They never sent me back the money even acknowledging the fact that they received the item and they were supposed to proceed with refund.

On the 26th of December I order a ski jacket EU 00122184 according to the company was to be received in 4 working days. The product has not been sent or reimbursed and they do not respond to my emails. If I had seen the reviews I would never had bought in this page.

Was worried when I read the online reviews, but beside a bit slow shipping time, all went well. All items arrived as expected.
Responsive and attentive customer service which help to split the shipping for my request.
Will shop again with these low prices.

I ordered an item from Exxpozed which I was really excited to receive. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address and from trying to contact the company and the delivery company I have had no communication whatsoever from them. A real shame.

Shocking customer service, ordered a pair of Scarpa boots from them over a year ago now, started leaking after 2 months so sent them back for a refund and still haven’t received anything and now just ignore all my efforts to contact them, so now they have my boots and my money and obviously no intention of returning either. Thieves
