We used this company as we were locked out they sent one of there guys out at a reasonable cost he was with us very quick had us back in with in 5 mins was clean and tidy he cleaned all mess up parts and labour was very fair priced for that time of nite would definitely recommend 100%

Amazing service!
Some how i managed to lock my keys in the car whilst my dog was in the vehicle,the staff on the phone explained the usual call out time was an hour to an hour and a half but would try to get someone out as soon as possible which put me at ease as i was a bit panicked,within 5 minutes i got a call back explaining that the engineer would be with me in 30 minutes,the engineer arrived within 20 minutes and completed the job straight away,i couldnt be happier with the service the staff was extremly polite and helpful and would recomend for anyone,10/10

I used extreme locks a few weeks ago - lost my front door key! Rang this company and they arranged for a locksmith to come out within 60 mins! myself and my child were locked out and really needed this doing asap! the guy on the phone was really understanding, prompt and efficient!.. he actually called me back to see how the job had gone on, and i completely forgot to do this! i can honestly say they did the job at a good price, and i would recommend!

This is my first time writing a review but I do not want these people to take another person's money for a job they have no intention of completing.

I asked this "lock smith" to get me a new key for a old car I have for which I lost the key, this was nearly 3 months ago. As I do not intend in driving the car I was not following up as I should have been. I rang at least weekly for the first while. I was promised on the 7th of March that a locksmith would be coming. I was then told on the 8th that he would arrive on the 9th. On the 11th I was told next day which was a Monday. I made it clear I needed it for Friday to get the car back to Ireland. The car has now missed the boat.

Most of the time you call the person is on their first day. They simply turn off phones when they don't want to talk to you. They also change their pricing I was told a £50 deposit plus £100 on arrival. I was then being told it is £150 on arrival meaning it was £200. Giving them a final chance I was told 8 pm. Again no arrival. I have been promised my deposit I am interested to see if it is yet another empty promise. Look through the reviews the past few are 5 stars all the old ones are the lowest possible. One of the green ones matched one of the names of the people I spoke to.

Do Not Even Consider These People

I contacted Extreme Locks on behalf of a friend whose car was parked in the Long Term car park at Heathrow and whose car keys were destroyed with her phone in a bush fire in Africa. An autolocksmith was assigned to us who in advance prepared the key. The car is old and when he arrived there were many problems trying to transfer the data from the car onto the key.. He worked solidly for seven hours, determined to complete the job which should have taken an hour, and still charged the quoted price.

I had a electrical problem that I could not rectify, plus was going on a long journey just as it happen. I called Extreme Locks and explained my situation and they came out within the hour like they said they would. Problem sorted and I was on my way and a very happy customer. What can I say guys, you saved the day. I will recommend every time.

I called them at 2.30 in the morning as I was locked out of my house and they said they would be there within the hour and were out within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend using this company, thankyou.

Engineer was a. Nice chap but the so called tin pot office is useless , very unhelpful and refused to send invoice ,

They now refuse to return all my calls
Very unprofessional and would never use again
