The app is great it helps in daily spending as all payments are regarded as credit transactions which boosts the credit score

Since I started using the Extra card I’ve seen a lot of good results. My credit score has gone up amazingly since the moment I made my request three years ago. Customer service is really caring about anything you need; their response is always fast.

Amazing customer service. Anytime I’ve had to go through customer service it’s been a breeze very quick to help very professional. My only complaint has nothing to do with the CS it’s just that the app crashes when viewing the “tech” category in the rewards but other then that am amazing app amazing customer support.

Extra helps me build credit. They connect to my bank account so I can not overspend. I get 1% back in points with my Extra Debit Card. No complaints here.

I'm so excited to be using EXTRA. I'm working to cleanup the mess that covid did to my credit. I had a situation of trying to activate my virtual card. George, was polite, thorough, and resolved my issue. We went through several methods and communicated well. George got back to me in a timely manner and didn't just close the case if I didn't respond quick enough. If this is the Customer service I can expect moving forward then fantastic. Keep up the good work.

I had an issue when I first got my extra account adding my card to my Google pay. I love you using NFC and not having to carry my purse or wallet to avoid anything getting lost or stolen. It's so much easier to just tap my phone or smartwatch and go. For some reason I could not add the extra card. Within moments of me contacting customer service I had a response back literally within 24 hours I had to do nothing at all they took care of everything. The extra customer service experts added my card and just sent me a notification via email that I was all set. I was impressed and blown away by the fact that they took care of everything. I definitely recommend extra to any and everybody and I also love the fact that the customer service is so hands-on. I have banked with several different online companies, and can honestly say I have never gotten a response and resolution as quick as I did this time. Thank you extra 💜

From groceries all the way to gas for my car, if I'm going to build credit and gain points for everyday purchases I'm going to use my Extra Card. At this point if I use another card, it just doesn't feel right.

Im a new member and so far I've had a great experience with customer service. I can't wait to start building my credit up and keep gaining rewards points.
