Everything was great, price was ok, test Center inside Heathrow is super comfortable, not need to think much, you just book it with time enough and same day in the same place you have your result.

We had excellent service from booking to result half an hour after test. Saved our bacon as we needed Fit to Fly certificates no more than 48 hrs pre flight. Tried many chemists etc -none any help at all. Many thanks!

Thank you so much for the speedy result from your laboratory. It took even less than 4 hours, which helped my situation hugely. I also would like to say thank you for the lady who took my sample at LHR Terminal 3. She understood my reason for the emergency last minute flight and did her best.

Very efficient, and courteous.l was almost 20 minutes earlier and they are very helpful in letting me to have the test.

Test itself if fine. However, the booking system is not user friendly at all. I selected PCR Fit to Fly expecting the result will be available the evening flight the day after the test (but actually it will be available 10 pm the day after the test at latest). Although the system required me to put the flight time, it did not give me any warning.
They did not have an option to prompt the test paying additional cost either.
I ended up booking another test, which is 4 hours fit to fly, which cost additional 130 GBP.
I believe adding easy checking on the system could detect such human errors :-(

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The test itself was done on time, professionally and with the minimum of fuss and the result came through within the suggested timeframe.

It’s bad,staff was there not supporting to people, they were very Un matured and rood towards even to vonarable people

One test was not read properly and had to pay for a retest

Everything to do with the Staff, test centre and process was excellent. Only dropped 1x star because of the difficulty of changing from one Heathrow test centre to another Heathrow test centre more than 24 hours out on the website ( have to cancel and rebook at a higher price) - which meant I didn't do it even though changing would have suited my changed requirements.

Very quick and excellent service. I was in and out in 3 minutes.

Appointment registration process too complex. The worst, the impossibility of obtaining an appointment in any other way than digital. it should be noted that not all people manage smartphone.
