The company is totally unreliable

The company is totally unreliable. Car was delivered much later than the agreed time and there was no notification that it would be late. It was dirty and clearly was not washed between rentals. This is a second time that this has happened so we will not use Express cars again.My advice is to avoid them even if you pay a little more.

We would like to explain that the delay in delivering the car was caused by an unexpected breakdown of the vehicle originally assigned for your rental. Our team immediately arranged a replacement car, but unfortunately, this process extended the delivery time. We apologize for not informing you about the situation promptly — the agent does not provide us with the customer's contact number along with other booking details
Regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle – photos taken at the moment of handover do not indicate any dirt other than that resulting from weather conditions and the short drive from our office to the delivery address. Nevertheless, we take your comments seriously and will review whether our vehicle preparation procedures can be further improved.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion – it helps us continually improve the quality of our services.

Im not happy

The car the company was substandard. It sounded rough, overall in poor condition and eventually the engine management light came on.
It was reported to the company who replaced the car. The man from the company admitted that he would have been embarrassed to release that vehicle to a customer.
While the replacement vehicle was in better mechanical condition, there was still cosmetic damage to the car and boot liner.
Honestly not impressed.

Excellent and stress free

A fantastic company that, unlike its competitors, doesn't pursue aggressive marketing strategies. No one here pushes customers into unnecessary extra costs or tries to profit from everything. Returns are stress-free. Customers aren't charged extra for damage they didn't cause. The staff is very polite and reliable.
Renting with Express is a pure, stress-free experience..

the car was good although it was not the car that i ordered. pick up was rough and in drop off the driver was 2 hours late.

The only thing maybe can be improved it…

The only thing maybe can be improved it is the place to collect the car to be sent by email before you arrive the airport, I think this can be very handy, as we were a lit struggled to find the car. otherwise everything was nice and worked perfectly.

In general Express Car Rental provides…

In general Express Car Rental provides good service in reasonable price. Downside is a lack of counters at the airports or nearby, pretty high mileage of vehicles being in service, and no full-to-full tank policy. The personnel is polite, helpful and professional.

Affordable And no problems

Negative experience

1. Relatively low rental price.
2. The car is brand new and in excellent condition with minimal mileage.
3. Quick deposit refund.
That's all the positives.
According to the terms and conditions described in the voucher, the meeting point was Krakow train station at 2:00 PM. We arrived 10 minutes early, but the car wasn't there. At 2:00 PM, it wasn't there.
At 2:15 PM, we started getting worried and called the office. It was very difficult to get through, and the conversation was in Polish, which we barely understood. We didn't find out anything about the car's arrival. We were getting ready to go to the airport to rent another car. The car arrived at 2:30 PM, and the driver offered no apologies. The rental and deposit payment were successful, and everything was processed quickly, but all the documents (registration and insurance) were sent via email. I can't quite imagine how I would present the documents if I had to deal with the police. We received the car with minimal fuel, so upon leaving Krakow, we had to immediately look for a gas station. The road trip went well; we visited three countries. The car was returned on time and without any problems.
A month and a half later, I received a message from the company stating that we had an outstanding debt. After I objected, they threatened to "refer this matter to an external debt collection agency." I emailed all the known addresses and received a response from the accounting department stating that there was a fine for driving on the motorway without paying. Of course, I paid it immediately. But I warned them in advance that we would be in several countries – they could have reminded me to pay online. Furthermore, the car's license plate contained a character – either a 0 or the letter O. The fine was for paying too late or for actually confusing the letter and number when paying online.
I was hoping that after the payment issue was resolved, there would be an apology. But no, that's why the message turned out so long.
Bottom line: I had a negative experience. I will not use their services again and I don't recommend them to anyone, despite the lower price.

Excellent service

We hired an economy car from Tórun Railway station and dropped it at Warsaw airport which was exactly what we wanted. The waiting time at pickup and drop off was acceptable and the personnel were courteous and efficient. We had no problems with the car although it was fairly well used, with dents and missing hub caps. The service was excellent and I would happily used this company again.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. They manipulate credit card terminals to make it seem like no deposit (€1200) can be provided, forcing us to take out additional full coverage insurance (€300), even though we already had insurance through CarJet (the agency that handles online bookings).

We rented the car for 2 weeks and we…

We rented the car for 2 weeks and we had no issues during the entire time. Car was new and in good condition. People in the office were responsive, although we had bit delay during the pick up, as it was extremely busy, the check out went very smooth. I would definitely recommend the company. Their prices are very competitive, nice and friendly staff and good fleet.

Very satisfied

I've used express.pl twice already. I've been very satisfied both times.

The cars have been great. The system and procedures have been simple, clear and punctual. The staff has been fantastic: kind, helpful, and with excellent command of English.

I'd pick express.pl again without any doubt.
