I was initially nervous about booking with this company, I thought it would probably be easier to use a broker to avoid any language problems as I don't speak Polish. This company were offering good rates though and I decided to take the risk. The whole process was very simple and messages were easily translated. Their minibus was waiting outside the airport for us and we were transported quickly to the office where the staff were friendly, efficient, and spoke excellent English. We were in our car and driving away within a few minutes. The car was lovely, a hybrid which I wasn't expecting, with all the features we needed. We were assured that if there were any problems we could ring them, but we didn't need to do this. The drop off and transport back to the airport were just as quick, smooth and professional. I am happy to recommend and would definitely use again if I return to Poland.

Good people to deal with... unlike so many other car rental companies who try and rip you off.
Their base is just outside the airport boundary and takes 2-3 minutes to be be dropped off back to the airport using thier own minibus service.

Airport transfer is great idea!
The experience could be even better if the car's clove box included parking clock and information where do you recommend to fill up, wash and clean the car nearby before return.
English translation could also do.

Excellent service, would highly reccomend. We were picked up from the airport just a 5minute drive to the office to collect our car. Rental was simple and easy. We even had a problem (our fault) and this was dealt with so quickly. Would use again and reccomend to all.

I had the car from 26 March 2026 to 03 April 2026 – an Omoda 5, model year 2025. I travelled across Poland and Slovakia. In Slovakia I had an incident where an elderly man crashed into me; fortunately, only the front bumper was scratched. I immediately contacted Odkryj‑Auto and they explained clearly what I needed to do. When returning the car, everything went smoothly. It was my first time renting from this company, but I will definitely choose them again for future trips.
I’ve rented many cars from different companies, but this one is truly top‑tier.
I highly recommend it to everyone.

I have been using the company for my travels to Poland and Slovakia for the last 3-4 years and they never forget to amaze me. Every time they give me even a newer car than the last time. Their cars are new (all cars i had so far had less than 40,000 kms), the process of getting the car is quite easy, no hassle at all, and my requests are listened to! ( i booked an SUV class and I requested the Toyota RAV4 and they arranged it for me). Before this company i tried several others but since the last 4 years I look nowhere else.

Great and fast service

I had a very good experience renting from Odkryj-Auto at Kraków Airport. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The pickup process was quick, the paperwork was clear, and the staff were polite and easy to communicate with.

One thing we really appreciated was that there was no pressure to purchase additional insurance or extras. The terms were explained clearly, and we felt comfortable making our own decisions without being pushed. We also received exactly the car model that was advertised during booking, which doesn’t always happen with rental companies, so that was a big plus.

The pricing was very competitive, especially the option to drive outside the rental country at a better rate than many other companies offer. The car was in great condition and performed perfectly throughout our trip.

Returning the vehicle was just as smooth as pickup, and the deposit was refunded quickly without any issues. Overall, Odkryj-Auto offers an excellent balance between price and quality. I would definitely rent from them again and can confidently recommend them to others.

Odkryj-auto is a very Polish car hire company with a straightforward and reliable approach to customer service. Their car pick-up and drop-off process is quick and simple.

During my family’s recent stay in Zakopane, our younger son was unexpectedly diagnosed with appendicitis and had to undergo surgery. I had to drive the rest of the family to Kraków Airport and then exchange our 9-seat minivan for a smaller car so I could return to Zakopane and stay with him.

Odkryj-auto made the whole process easy and stress-free. Within about 10 minutes of arriving at their branch, I was driving away in a Toyota Yaris at a very reasonable price. They also kindly agreed that I could extend the hire if my son’s hospital stay turned out to be longer than expected.

Overall, a reliable, good-value car hire company with no fuss. Recommended.
